But Little Moo is on a mission. Hes determined to find a way to get over there and have someone to play with. He gets advice from all the animals he knowsMr. Horse, Mrs. Goose, and Mr. Owl. They tell Little Moo not to be foolish and that the grass isnt always greener on the other side of the fence. When he finally gets to the other pasture, he has fun and makes some new friends. But he soon finds out that most cows dont stay in this pasture for very long. Can Little Moo make it back to his mother safely, and what will happen to his new friends?
In this childrens book, a calf in a quiet pasture with no one to play with goes on an adventure to the field across the road and learns an important lesson along the way.

Mona K. McVay was born in Wichita, Kansas, but she has lived most of her life in Oklahoma. Mona enjoys playing with her two shih tzus, Maggie and Melody, and Sadie, a teacup Yorkie. She truly believes if we put our trust in God in all things, He will see us through everything. Mona currently lives in Collinsville, Oklahoma.
