The baby of the family is precious little Agniss Anreatha Angelica, and the only girl. Breakfast is ready guys! Come and get it!
Nellie yells. She’s packing her cubs lunches, while they are eating their breakfast. The cubs are having oatmeal, toast, orange juice, and milk. You guys are late this morning. Is everyone ok?
Nellie asked. Yes, we’re ok, the cubs replies.
I overslept a little momma, sorry, Agniss said.
Me too, Jack Jr. replies.
That’s ok, sometimes I’m tired when I awake in the morning, Nellie answers.
Well, I only have seven days of school left! Benny shouts.
And then I’m finished. Nellie smiles at him.
Did you mark your famous Benny X on your calendar? Nellie asked.
You betcha, Benny said. Carthalomew places his hands on both sides of his face, and looks sad. Everyone is looking at him.
Are you ok, Cart? Nellie asked.
Yeah, Cart answers. Nellie frowns at Carthalomew.
What did you say? Nellie asked.
I meant yes, sorry, Momma, Carthalomew replies.
You look upset. What’s wrong? Nellie asked.
I don’t wanna go to school, Carthalomew answers. Nellie is chuckling.
I understand, but school is important. That’s where you learn reading, writing, and arithmetic. Not to mention, you make lots of new friends," Nellie explains with a smile.
I know, I guess I’m worn out! I’ve worked hard all year,
Carthalomew replies. Well, maybe you’re getting bored. But it’s ok, hang in there. You only have thirty days left, and then starts summer break,
Nellie said. Everyone is smiling. Nellie looks at her children. One day all the work you guys are doing, will pay off ! And you’ll feel good when you walk across the school stage, and receive your diploma,
Nellie explains with a smile. Momma what’s a diploma?
Agniss asked. A diploma is a reward that represents all of your educational achievements,
Nellie answers. Agniss is smiling. Wow, I like school momma! I love learning new things and making lots of friends,
Agniss says. Suddenly, Cart gets mad at Agniss, and starts rolling his eyes. Who cares, nobody asked you anyway, Agniss!
Cart shouts. Agniss and Nellie are frowning at Cart. They don’t like what Cart said to her. That’s not nice! You apologize to your sister right now Cart!
Nellie shouts. Cart looks down at the kitchen table, wearing a sad face. I’m sorry Agniss,
Cart stutters. Agniss gives Cart a sarcastic look. He can’t help it momma. It’s the nature of the beast,
Agniss says with a grin. I like going to school and learning new things too, but I look forward to the summer break,
Jack Jr.says."
Well, it’ll be here before you know it! But, now it’s time for school," Nellie exclaims.
The cubs stand up from the kitchen table, and walk upstairs to get their booksacks. Benny, Jack Jr., and Carthalomew are running out of the front door, holding their lunch bags. Have a nice day guys! I love you!
Nellie shouts.
Love you too momma!
the cubs are shouting. Nellie is holding Agniss’ lunchbox with her arms open wide. Agniss runs into Nellie’s arms. She hugs and squeezes Agniss, and then loosens her arms. I love you, Agniss,
Nellie says with a big smile. I love you too, momma,
Agniss replies. I want you to have a fun and exciting day,
Nellie says. Ok momma, I will! And you have a great day too,
Agniss says. It won’t be as exciting as yours. I’ll be house cleaning, doing laundry, and preparing a nutritious meal for dinner,
Nellie said. I wish you could come to school with me,
said Agniss. Aww…I do too,
Nellie exclaims with a big smile. I miss you when I’m at school,
Agniss says with a sad face. Aww…I miss you too my little Burgerbits, and I can’t wait for you to return home,
Nellie responds. Momma you’re my best friend, and I love you so much,
Agniss said. Nellie and Agniss are hugging. You’re my best friend too, and I love you lots,
Nellie says. Thank you momma,
Agniss says. You’re welcome, now run along to school,
Nellie said. Agniss runs off to the bus stop.

Leona replies. Oh Leona, I’m sorry you didn’t get much sleep. I wish your momma didn’t work at night,
Agniss said. Me too! Momma works so hard. One day I’m gonna be rich and she’ll never have to work again,
Leona says. Agniss is smiling. I’m gonna hire a maid, and someone to drive her where ever she wants to go,
Leona continues to explain. You mean a chauffeur!
Agniss shouts in excitement. Yup! A chauffeur!
