Took apart his old life
Left it on the shelf
Sick of being someone
He did not admire
Took up all his old things
Set ’em all on fire
And it feels like his new life can start
And it feels like heaven

Introduction
71805.pngW elcome to The Most Challenging Trivia Questions Ever!!
These questions are designed to test even the most knowledgeable of trivia kings and queens.
I make no apologies for the difficulty level of the questions; after all, that’s what the book’s all about. However it’s not all bad news. Because the questions in the main part are difficult and obscure, there is a choice of 4 possible answers to choose from, making it one of the longest multiple choice tests you’ve come across. In the case where the answer is a year, there is a small range of years to choose from. So, even if you have absolutely no idea what the correct answer is, you can still take a guess and be successful. The multiple choice format has been challenging trivia gurus and school students completing standardised tests for years; and now it’s your turn!
Every now and then you may get a run on answers and you’ll think This isn’t so hard after all.
but then you will probably hit a barren patch and get really frustrated at the whole thing. I hope that doesn’t happen though.
There is a world
feel about the questions. That means there’s a lot of obscure trivia out there and it covers the whole world. Even the famous, and infamous, will have some obscure fact about them that will surprise you. And in later conversations you can dazzle your friends about a famous person that they didn’t know something about.
The book has been divided into two parts-the first being the 1248 questions with their four options, and then all the answers in the second part. Some of the answers will have a little more clarification and detail just for some more information for the reader/quiz master. While it was tempting to put the correct answer on the next page, it becomes a bit more of a challenge to have a guess at the answer, and then try and find it, just to check that you were right of course.
All the answers have been individually checked to ensure they are correct. Where there is an event liable to change (ie sporting records, world leaders, moons of planets etc.), the question has been worded to ensure it is correct at the time of writing this book.
The book has been designed across many topics to ensure it is a complete trivia book, rather than focusing just on history, sports, entertainment, geography, science etc. It aims to involve as many people as possible to try and answer challenging, obscure and outright trivial questions about our world, and everything on it.
The aim of every quiz/trivia book is to stimulate thought and encourage participation via questions that will challenge the people answering the questions. Failing that, there should also be an option to take an educated guess in the hope of getting it right. Many a quiz has been won by that one totally guessed answer that got you and your team over the line.
The Most Challenging Trivia Questions Ever!!
is a book with all that in it. Some of the answers will surprise you, but if you already knew the answer, then the other 3 choices to choose from will look irrelevant to you.
There is no pattern to the answers. While some may adhere to the old saying, if in doubt, choose C
, that won’t get you a very high score with this quiz-but some of the correct answers are C! You’ve just got to know which one it is. The correct answer (with the corresponding letter) have been deliberately jumbled to avoid any pattern emerging from which letters A, B, C or D have been used.
I hope that you will at least have a go at the answers-sadly, too often these days many are afraid just to take a guess. Well, you don’t have to be afraid of anything, just savour the challenge, and hopefully you will get many correct answers, either by knowledge or guess work, by answering the trivia in "The Most Challenging Trivia Questions Ever!!"
