About this ebook

The atomic armament convention prohibits the obligation to maintain a militia larger than provisions stated in guidelines imposed by the United Nations. Legal restrictions pertaining to atomic armament applied to the regions providing materials to construct atomic warheads should expose all parties involved. All of these factors demonstrate a willingness to cooperate in efforts to address world peace and is an obligation of all members of the United Nations. The International Court of Justice provides guidelines that establish a general outline that allow for the success of these policies. All nations found in violations of agreements established by the United Nations according to guidelines outlined by provisions of the International Court of Justice are subject to capital punishment. The Truman Administration provided agreements to all parties of the United Nations they could agree upon and their efforts provided assistance to areas of the United Nations existing near the borders of their enemies. The agreements provided assistance in the form of ballistic infrastructures designed for affirmative action in the event these policies violate civil rights. The agreement accepted by members of the United Nations passed into effect in 1938 and restricted the use and development of atomic materials. It was a treaty against atomic armament that is still in effect that restricts the possession and transfer of atomic weapons and explosive devices between regions that conducted trade with Germany and Italy. When Congress approved the Secret Service intervention assistance, the development of proliferation materials and the restrictions he provided led to successful disarmament policies imposed against other than allied areas. Even though Josef Stalin cooperated by giving information about illegal armament to a congressional committee pertaining to a possible wide scale attack on the United States, his interrogation ended and he died in a twenty-one gun firing squad at the Czechoslovak International Hostage and Terrorist Detention and Interrogation Training Facility.

    About the Author

    Secret Service

Many regions of the world never knew of the existence of the Secret Service and that the possibilities of their engagements never ended resulting from diversity in culture throughout the ranks of their employment. When the Secret Service conducted their attacks, they designed strategic information attacks from multiple areas of Open Source Intelligence sources. Large-scale casualties resulted from these attacks, and usually tremendous psychological after effects from the attacks assisted in covering their operations. Success was in the form of economic disruption and gave the outward appearance of depression to preserve the secrecy of their operation. The launch of a conventional attack against a terrorist organization takes a tremendous amount of dedication and training, not to mention years of training in stealth operations. Poison and lethal injection coupled with seduction and ready access to mind altering chemicals lead to easy information extraction when extensive deception becomes a requirement and is usually a successful strategy to apply to reduce the numbers of the enemy. Many agents learned the sabotage of electronics and applied science to render atomic warheads useless resulting from information gathered from Open Source Intelligence.

Although the allies knew the capabilities of the Secret Service, the military establishments of Germany obviously knew not of their previous accomplishments. They exposed military targets and they thoroughly investigated installations designed to assist the politicians in search of proliferation. Their investigations on the European continent led to the discovery the Nazis recruited intelligence operatives for increasing the strength of their army and further efforts uncovered established communications from Germany to Czechoslovakia. The Secret Service supervised sabotage operations and provided remarkable reports of exposed operations in Europe to their superiors in Washington. Their efforts determined the outcome of the war, and the fulfilment of their duties in intelligence operations revealed information that the Secret Service used against Germany. The Secret Service supervised operations that led to the exposure of high explosive bombs the Germans were planning to use on targets in various areas in Europe. Secret Service agents destroyed the bombs and assisted German political activist due to a concern for the future of their country. Politicians in Germany became very suspicious of the activities due to the complex attack. The experienced German Government, preoccupied by the complaints of their citizens, realized the future of their country looked devastating without the military protection offered by Adolf Hitler.

The Secret Service assisted the United States Navy at smuggling materials to sabotage their naval bases. They worked carefully to avoid arousing German suspicion and demonstrated exceptional bravery and skills at estimating the distance to the targets. The Secret Service had placed agents in Germany during World War 1 to double-cross the politicians if they continued with military activity. The integration led to multiple murders resulting from decisions to continue to conspire against the United States and sabotage became a very serious problem for the German Navy. The Secret Service learned the German and Spanish intelligence services collaborated and recruited from areas all over the world to devise a plan to attack the United States. The Secret Service also learned of the German plan to monitor allied shipping movements. On both sides of the Straits, the Germans had naval bases for control of the trade of the surrounding countries. On the opposite side of the Bay of Gibraltar and Morocco, the Secret Service established fusion centers and learned of German operations. The Pentagon assisted the Secret Service to uncover the German operations on the European continent. For exposure to be a success, the Secret Service had to uncover the political views of the Germans, and it took years for the operation to be successful resulting from sabotage.

Geospatial Intelligence operations usually require efforts of the C I A and Secret Service expertise from multiple regions of the world. Those efforts are necessary to maintain integrity to facilitate defected measurements against terrorism and to monitor the National Security professionals. Those operations, considered Department of Defense counterterrorism measures assist in Pentagon positioning to ensure they are successful. Integration of data at the Pentagon allows accurate positioning of Weapons of Mass Destruction Infrastructures and combat soldiers so it is safe to assume the development of at the source intelligence also ensures agility of assassins within their agencies as intelligence information reveals their terrorist operations. The Secret Service deployed agents to Germany and they designed penetration of complex political structures for development of future operations in the United States Military. The military is one of the main reasons the Pentagon deployed the Secret Service and the Central Intelligence Agency. They have the assets to provide data format of military operations and usually they are more than ninety percent successful when operations involve integration. They encourage integration of complicated networks and offer different solutions to counter terrorism and information exploitation.

More often than not, information exploitation can be difficult to recognize. Professional intelligence collections from the Pentagon determined exploitation of information resulted from persistence in intelligence gathering techniques. With pressure rising at the German border, Germans did not have time to interrogate suspicious politicians. Although Germans often suspected the Secret Service of gathering intelligence in their country, the penalty was murder if caught and positive results revealed extensive interrogation that led to the determination of guilt. Integrated intelligence is difficult to prove and existing evidence of penetration in the form of combat specialists gathering at the border proved either their government compromised information in different areas or their suspicion of infiltration confirmed they had weaknesses in their internal security mechanisms. Military intelligence continued to provide the Battalion Commanders with reliable information and the Secret Service conducted multiple operations in Germany based on the intelligence gathered at the source. Resulting from their investigation, they learned strategic advisors usually work closely with combat commanders and members of the Intelligence Community to reveal terrorist operations. Integration of complex battle strategies usually occur during a time of war. Contributions to strategic operations are mandatory for the Secret Service, not just to ascertain the capability of the weapon system, but also the target acquisition is for continuance in continued development of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation in that it properly addresses terrorism.

The liaison that existed between the Secret Service and Signal Intelligence professionals was similar to that of geospatial engineer input. Combat engineers provide solutions to strategic objectives when allies inform the Pentagon of policy violations. When critical information and acquisition is accurate, terrorism is not as complicated to address with the incorporation of Secret Service Agents. Technology and decision-making authority demonstrated by the Secret Service is easier when joint operations exist in various regions of the world. To describe the vision of Signal Intelligence operations that coexists with the Secret Service is to say protection of United States peace is their best interest. Signal Intelligence represents a wide variety of challenges and makes the issue of addressing threats easier. To achieve successful integration between the Secret Service, Signal Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence require the efforts of numerous individuals. They look at the problem from different angles and decide on different attack options. To increase the precision of the engagement of the conflict is the scope of Signal Intelligence operations and is assisted by geospatial engineers. In previous generations, without the aid of Geospatial Science and Signal Intelligence, it was difficult to address conflicts from foreign countries, and that is exactly what led to the evolution of integrated intelligence existing between the Secret Service and the newly created Central Intelligence Agency.

The existence of the Secret Service in Europe was for intelligence gathering operations, and that responsibility the Pentagon gave to Diane Tuingage and her intelligence operatives. She took several agents with her to investigate the Abwehr and the political views the organization demonstrated allowed for exposure of politicians and their day-to-day activities. To assist in her camouflage, she positioned herself near the media and conducted integrity tests of their cover. Ensuring their safety, she established the entry to the immediate vicinity of the politicians and looped the political activity directly to the Pentagon so they could watch their assassinations. She took charge of a very complicated information and intelligence surveillance system and began plotting the deaths of the German political party. It was very diverse and effective and immediately addressed the challenges of intelligence-gathering operations on their politicians and military leaders. Dianne trained professionals in micro sensor placement to alert Department of Defense agents of complicated information technology.

Foreign diplomats associated with the Secret Service met with Diane Tuingage and they discussed the National Security efforts of the United Nations. The pursuit of advanced technologies increased awareness in multiple areas of complicated National Security issues imposed by United Nations adversaries. The advisors informed Diane of recent conflicts in Germany, and as she became aware of her surroundings, she looked around to determine if people in the vicinity could hear them.

Have any assassinations recently occurred? What are the possibilities of a wide scale defection? The political party of Germany is about to experience a few changes in their political structure. She informed her friends of precision instruments and of the threat of ballistic missile technology surrounding Germany and Italy and asked them if they could produce weapons. Do you remember the last time we visited Bulgaria? I was wondering if you still had a change of clothes for me.

They assured her they had numerous parties they could attend to in Germany. As a matter of fact, I do have several costumes if you plan to stay for a couple of months. We could freshen up and take a trip to Berlin. Are there any other places you would like to visit? As far as assassinations, I really am not obligated to expose that information. Wide scale defection is usually another area we continuously have to monitor.

They commenced to call all of their friends and decided to meet in Berlin. Diane talked into her watch to her contact at the Pentagon. I am planning a party in Berlin, arrange for my welcome committee. We should arrive in three days and there should be five stops along the way. One other thing, ask my doctor if he can meet me there in three weeks. I should hear the alarm on my watch when he is within two miles. Diane waited for the reply, and thought about the areas needing media coverage.

Affirmative, and have fun. They learned from experience to keep communications short and to the point. Diane’s informants related to Adella Abarrane and her quest for revenge, and they had immediate connections to the media. Diane knew of a secret intelligence agency in Germany and among them, politicians, police officers, nurses, doctors, and other trusted members of society were the ones she called friends. She trusted ten percent of the nightlife, and those ten percent happened to be undercover cops integrated into the political party. Diane addressed her associates, Beginning our attack today, being we have demonstrated superiority in our leadership, it is safe to say the adversary we are up against will soon lose their ability to concentrate on anything other than breathing their last breath.

The vision I have for your futures for the protection of the interests of the United States will place all of you in well-respected counterintelligence field operations with the Federal Government of the United States Military. For the efforts at protecting the National Security of the Allies of the United States, we are forever in debt to you, and we are equally as proud of the complex challenges you have contributed to the vision of integrated intelligence. Diane paused to take a drink with her friends, and all of them knew what was about to take place. Factoring in the safety of members of the community, the Secret Service designated Dianne Tuingage for the particular position of protecting the civilians of Germany. Dianne continued to motivate her troops, The combination of important aspects derived from expert examination of critical intelligence has led us to change how our country views the safety of our National Security. I see the media in Germany has neglected to mention the possible threat of the United States Navy, and as far as I can see, our plan has not yet been detected.

Among her informants, a German media representative by the name of Emilia Eramana accepted her gratitude. It has always been a pleasure to assist the Americans in precise implementation of counterterrorism policy implementation. I never thought Germany could start a world war, much less two of them. The capabilities of Adolph Hitler and his persuasive ingenuity amazes me even more. Decision makers in this country are sure to get what they deserve as we move in to our next world war. Judging by the way she spoke of Adolf Hitler, Germany obviously had no idea Adolf Hitler was dead and furthermore they did not know what happened to his Army.

Diane spoke when Emilia was through, Very true, Adolf Hitler has proven to be a very difficult target. He demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness and his professional combat readiness skills are among the best in the nation. They slowly changed the conversation and the perspectives of each other and ceased their talks about surveillance and reconnaissance. Diane thought it was a good idea to maintain situational awareness and the way the United States conducted their business between them and the allies was a secret that meant keeping conversations to a minimum for fear of what could be exposed, inevitably leading to unwanted gunfire.

They finished their drinks, and got on their motorcycles and proceeded to the media headquarters. Diane worked for the Secret Service all of her life, and she was impressed at how the intelligence evolved and provided perspectives of battle changing strategies. The future of the United States Military depended largely on situational intelligence. The global communications networks and the use of technical intelligence made counterintelligence operations easier and was the main reasons the United States had superior National Defense components. To present Diane Tuingage with an update on recent operations in Germany, professionals at the media answered questions that she asked. She wanted to know of Soviet Intelligence operations. She asked had the intelligence capabilities of the United States allies been underestimated, and she cross-examined intelligence professionals about their satellite technology. She had the Pentagon’s attention from the moment she arrived at the motel. It was encoded, but the radio operator knew what the task was by key words she spoke.

She began her cross-examination based on evidence extracted from the Germans. Foreign intelligence collection was difficult, but she knew technical communication skills and counterintelligence could only go so far. A reason why she opened doors of opportunity to the United States Military was for those who exceeded the requirements and to consider a person exceptional in intelligence operations was a very rewarding task to achieve. The protection of the nation’s security and informing the citizens depended on the systematic approach of both intelligence collection and penetration made possible by professional integration of operational agents. Thinking in terms of Human Intelligence and Signal Intelligence made it difficult for the media to produce an interrogation based on counterintelligence operations. She was the best intelligence agent in the world, and among her responsibilities, she investigated Soviet Intelligence sources and demonstrated professional mental invasion tactics. It was her job to attack from the protection of the media, and she began extracting information on the communist party of Germany. How many satellites do you have and who are they watching, what is your status with the Soviet Union? Dianne had to discover the truth and she knew the Soviets held a strong position in Czechoslovakia and other smaller countries in Europe trusted their abilities and was eager to learn about atomic production.

The representative from the media began her confession of treason against her country. For many years I have witnessed the abusive tactics of Adolf Hitler and the way he abused the Jews. I am the Geospatial Engineer for the media and I ordered the Secret Service to monitor certain areas in the United States. If you can guarantee immunity, I will expose the very throat of the communist party of my country.

He waited for her to reply, and taking advantage of the situation, she took the time to think about her next statement. I grant you immunity, and what is your position with the Soviet Union?

The media representative began to reveal the secrets of her country. Adolf Hitler thinks he can control the world and he thinks the Soviets are teaming with his army. They are planning to attack him when he leaves Denmark.

Diane sensed dishonesty, and she stated, Who else is listening to this conversation? For me to guarantee immunity requires your honesty. And who is they?

The representative continued to reveal what she knew about Adolf Hitler and his battle strategy, The Soviet Union. Germany ordered Adolf to attack the Soviets to attempt to annex many of their cities. That is what the politicians think. I want you to know before you start asking complicated questions that I have watched William J. Donovan for three years and I know his location right now.

Diane thought for a very long moment, and she said, Should I be worried about the Soviet Union?

The media representative mentioned she knew of Soviet operations, and it was shocking information. I am aware of Soviet operations in the immediate surroundings and the threat they pose to our country. However, if there is an attack planned against the United States Military, I am not aware of it. I am a military strategist and have advised the Pentagon in past military encounters pertaining to casualty reduction efforts that would be in their best interest to assist the United States in targeting operations. As far as the Soviets attacking your allies, not within the next ten years. Very possible fifteen to twenty years from now, but very unlikely, and if attacked by Japan, probably in 1944 or 1945, and I think it is to involve your civilians. I think it is to be an attack against your Navy.

The media representative gave Diane time to think about what she said and Diane summed up her statements. You are allies with the Soviets, but the Soviets are not allied with your military.

The representative agreed, Precisely, but the Soviets are not likely to mutiny, but you could expect that in Germany.

Although very good at military operations and combat, Germany is lacking in loyalty. She looked at Dianne and waited for her to reply. The Secret Service played a vital role in the media in German foreign intelligence collection. Many of the politicians reveal future operations to the Secret Service and from what I have witnessed from this media station, many of the Secret Service Agents are very competent at assassination operations, not to mention professionals at denial and deception tactics.

Diane decided she could trust the woman and decided she had multiple choices in the matter. The central location of the media headquarters also met the requirements of Diane Tuingage. The Marines established a perimeter everywhere Diane went, therefore she never left their protection, and she decided to find out sensitive information pertaining to other operations under German surveillance. How many countries are planning to attack the United States? When are the attacks expected? Diane asked about supplies and munitions, and told her any information she had pertaining to atomic proliferation would be greatly appreciated for any of their proposed future operations.

The Italians and Japan. Japan is threatening the Chinese into joining them to attack the United States. The Chinese are planning a very extensive military attack in retaliation. However, most of them support the United States system of government. Diane pondered over the information and decided to explore the liaison between the Japanese and the Chinese.

Diane decided if the Japanese insisted on attacking the United States she needed to know if she should send in assault teams. The Secret Service stationed agents on every major continent in the world, and if they suspected treachery, the Secret Service had weapons hidden near their assigned targets. Their first operations usually
