Low back related neck pain is more often than not related to extensive trauma induced to the ligaments, spinal nerves, muscles, and joints from failure to consider calculated sleeping positions. Other conditions may occur in the event of a low back neck related trauma, such as narrowing of the air passages and irreparable damage to the spinal cord. Resulting from steroid injected occurrences, the majority of the time abnormal alignment of the spine can have a fatal outcome in that the cycle of life is inevitably broken. The throat area is vital to the survival of the human body in that it contains important arteries that supply oxygen to the brain. Found in the neck is the larynx, trachea, parathyroid glands, esophagus, and the beginning of the spinal cord. In the neck, there are also seven vertebrae, the C-1 through the C-7, and their job is to support the head. The goal of a professional neck surgeon is to restrict articulation, and requires an excessive amount of grace and professional calculations.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is William J. Donovan, and I am an assassination instructor from the American Office of Strategic Services. I will begin my lecture with Chemical, Biological, and Radiological attacks. CBR attacks consist of biological toxins, microorganisms, and other substances that are considered to be of a radiological nature. The generation of said toxins produce psychological trauma that can give the military an advantage so machine gun positions can be established in order to regain order and control. There are thousands of agents deployed in CBR attacks, but Mustard, Anthrax, Saran, Tungsten Hexafluoride and Cyanide are among my favorites due to the value they have on the nervous system in the event of a terrorist attack. Rabies virus and MPTP are non-traditional agents used to infect or intoxicate victims. A variety of tactics are incorporated to induce death in victims and the most effective control method is applied by those who assist the Battalion Surgeon. William J. Donovan began his sermon and demonstration and while he spoke he had three assassins to give lethal demonstrations as he covered the topics. They had been trained at a special warfare facility provided by the United States Navy and their identities were protected. They had assisted the United Sates on sensitive missions and were proficient at the art of assassination. Donovan went into detail about some of the complicated systems of the human body, In addition to those tactics we shall employ at the nurse’s station, we will also deploy very dangerous assassins trained in hand to hand combat. First we are to cover the toxins and the preferred method of delivery. Several of the toxins are produced on site. These agents enter the body usually through the respiratory system and act on the nervous system to produce a variety of symptoms designed to induce punishment that leads to a confession. Tear gas, or chlorobenzal-malononitrile is used as a riot control agent but will be sufficient as a first step in torturing our detainees. If the desired results are not produced, then you will be instructed to proceed to the next phase of the project. That is the contamination of the food and beverage supply. If that is not an effective measure, then we shall proceed to the injections; subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular. They are used as types of execution in the United States for capital punishment purposes. William J. Donovan demonstrated he had a very extensive knowledge of CBR agents and lethal injections. He had assisted the Battalion Surgeons in different types of engagements. William J. Donovan revealed strategies that were successful at producing hostages.

For these assassin techniques to be successful, kidnapping and interrogation techniques have to be applied and that is easily accomplished by giving them misleading information, a form of deception. They could be lured into an ambush and information could be gained about their plans for future attacks. The United States have implemented these tactics against the Germans in past engagements and they found it easy to target and coerce military members with the incorporation of these tactics. However, it was a very expensive procedure. Much was learned about the plans to annex large land masses and counterintelligence efforts for the most part were exceeding expectations at the time. The best way to acquire counterintelligence is by deceptive tactics known better as infiltration. William J. Donovan gave information on integration of soldiers during a time of war. He also performed abductions in the field and gave an extensive knowledge about how to apply Human Intelligence gathered at the source. Infiltration was the best way to describe the process and it took years of training to become a professional.

The process of infiltration is called deception by many and is one of the best ways to achieve success at battle strategies. If the Czechoslovaks infiltrate their operatives into foreign countries and camps of the enemy, they find it very easy to gather intelligence on their numbers and camp locations as well as what their future battle strategies consist of. Basically one had to know a lot of techniques in different areas. For example, if it was known what the Navy was planning, then information considered to be classified could easily be discovered. The soldiers and intelligence operatives are planning raids in different areas of your continent. If the infiltrator had a little knowledge on the subject, he could easily extract information from the soldiers. It was a good idea to blend in as the media with the false pretentions of gathering information for the folks back home. It was effective, but it also took a lot of field operations and when that was taught, he talked about the operations of the radio loop that combined Paris, the Pentagon, and their hostage detention facility.

They completed the structure of the hostage detention facility and they had plans to dig a second and third level for atomic and nuclear capabilities. They used communication loops to infiltrate the enemy. Infiltration procedures were often very expensive. Congress funded most of the wars the United States had before the Second World War, and most of the politicians were involved in the activities. It was agreed upon to save on expenditures. Deploying agents was costly and often very dangerous. It took tremendous efforts to be compatible at intelligence capabilities. Most of the radio transmissions were encrypted. Codebreaking was one of the issues that often led to the capture of enemy spies. The United States Army was among one of the best on the planet at counterintelligence operations during that period in time.

Microbiology scientists who invent biological and chemical weapons familiar with atomic weapons capabilities are here to assist in the production of chemicals used in lethal injection. That the chemicals they will be producing is Ricin and Cyanide and they’re training to teach the extractions of the biological toxins we produce is appreciated, plans for multiple assassinations will eventually evolve from their instruction. The substances that are used in the production of the CBR agents are of a classified nature. The Americans are likely to be here for several months, and will be used to assist the interrogation of hostages. It is an extensive procedure, and we do have materials to produce several hundred gallons of the toxins. Unfortunately, this is the procedure that we have been instructed to use. Of all of the biological toxins, Donovan covered the ones that could produce death in under five minutes. They were favored tactics in the surgeon tents and when they attacked the soldiers, the toxins produced numerous casualties. They were given orders if a wounded German entered their tent he was to be poisoned and the death recorded. It was used in training of new recruits in all branches of service. It was important they had training in different areas.

Conflicting reports have been observed by interrogators that Ricin is competitive with Cyanide. Both Sodium Amytol and Pentothal have been tested in the past by intelligence agencies, and the results of those tests were compared to those of Cyanide. Cyanide was given to suspected terrorists to determine the effectiveness of the poison, and that occurred in 1915. In recent years it has strengthened and it takes less than six ccs. Some of the drugs mentioned wipes out the person’s memory. That they are bound to be an affiliate of the United Nations or their Allies, brainwashing easily replaces them back into combat status so they can once again produce casualties. The main reason that it was introduced in the United States was to interrogate criminals, and revenge was expected and was determined by the National Security Agencies in the United States based on reports studied at Annapolis. Scientists say it was designed and ready for combat and hostage detention purposes. Psychologists have also tested the drug, and it was determined they were victims of crime and the drug had positive effects of rebuilding the memory. Conflicting stories were extracted from the soldiers of World War I. William J. Donovan explained how the drug was used in deception. He preferred to take the guise of a tourist when he conducted abduction procedures, and explained it was easier to produce victims.

While they are under the influence of the drug they will recall what happened during the war and battle strategies that were revealed by the Battalion Commanders are then revised and placed into effect. The interrogators were astounded by the results achieved from the drug but there were side effects noted of those that were returned to battle and they were very incoherent. That is the desired effect of the truth serum and the poisons used in snake venom have a very different effect. Usually ten ccs are enough to produce death in different victims in under ten minutes. Nitrogen and Sulfur Mustard along with Saran usually are injected at the battle stations and is the result of efforts at producing multiple assassination objectives. These toxins are incorporated in rifle percussion grenades for the preparation of chemical modifications designed to modify battle strategies, and usually they are successful. These assassination directives were an addition to the National Security Council and they developed war strategies to assist in making them successful. The NSA was an assassin assessment team that targeted terrorist organizations. They were considered to be an amphibious assault team since the day they were founded.

Of the activities of the NSA, abductions were accomplished resulting in different plans for the purpose of keeping a person under observation for an extended amount of time for interrogation purposes. Most of the field operatives were pulled underground to assist in the extraction of information. Most of their observations led to production ideas of cancer causing agents and were effective for that reason. Unless it is Adolf Hitler himself, then those agents won’t be introduced. That production ideas are favored for different interrogation methods, one of the better ideas we incorporate is acid. Excruciating pain and other symptoms are experienced from the direct application of acid and it works for creating discomfort around bullet wounds. There are plans to continue with abduction processes and terrorist interrogation techniques, and for other reasons, this facility will remain open and should experience future upgrades in execution methods and we do have a plan for construction of an electric chair. As he instructed he gave orders to the construction crew. They were instructed to continue digging under the train station and more plates were brought in. They had left four of the plates out under the train station. There was to be an elevator that took them down to three more levels, one ballistic missile construction, and the other a microbiology laboratory.

Hostage situations resulting of treaty violations usually result from extreme efforts to control the economy. In this case we are uncovering a very sinister plot that is devised to combine efforts that lead to the formation of accruing massive forces utilizing efforts from Italians and the Japanese. It is expected many of the Soviets will be sent to the Czech Republic to see if Germany has conspired with them. Interrogations are expected to separate different war plans from different regions of the world. As they are discovered, there will be a different classification for them. Czechia has most of the truth serum, and until more is made at the temporary lab we have set up, we are to extract confessions with post-traumatic stress syndrome. Witness to multiple homicides is a good way to get hostages to talk, also interrogation is something we can build upon and make as severe as possible. William J. Donovan explained once the crew was selected for the interrogation positions, no other diplomats would be allowed to enter the confined spaces. The size and position of the lower two levels were to be determined by the research and development team that was on their way from the United States.

We want to save the most excruciating interrogation tactics for Adolf Hitler and his immediate assistants, so remember practice is perfection. A lot of the soldiers will be eliminated as a result of Ricin being implemented to replace the Cyanide injection. The reason is the shortage of Cyanide, at least until more is produced. Ricin has a different reaction than Cyanide, and is a very excruciating death. When injected, iron mixed from the blood causes a chain reaction and hemorrhages occur. It is useful in the extraction of confessions and death usually results in less than ten minutes. Other than hemorrhaging, the symptoms of death are the same. Many sources give different reports of the results of using lethal injections to produce death, but it is supposed to be that way because it is a secret. It lessens the confusion so enemy Battalion Commanders can’t figure out what’s happening. Professional interrogation is the result of years of investigation, and when investigation is implemented, you can expect conflicting reports about what actually happened. If and when we do run out of Ricin and eventually it will happen, we will be injecting the victims with acid. You can expect torture and it is very excruciating on the nerves and that is why we are using earplugs. Different accounts of assassinations that have occurred in the past were the effects of lethal injections, but a more favorable explanation is natural causes. To say that a person has died from natural causes usually involves death from failure of one of the internal organs. The speech he was giving was a briefing of the other interrogation specialists. They were listening intently and were prepared to take over their classrooms.

Three detainees were taken from the dungeon and acid was injected into one, Ricin in another, and Cyanide in the last and it was exactly as William J. Donovan had instructed. The three demonstrations we have witnessed were injected into the first patient and produced death in under five minutes and it was in the form of peaceful unconsciousness from the Cyanide; the hostage simply went to sleep and did not wake up. The Ricin was excruciating and he screamed all the way to death and acid had the same effect. All three of them were dead in under ten minutes. Exploitation of the intelligence team was usually the operation of the Pentagon, and it is done in ways that cannot be figured out. Resulting from evidence and deception, you can expect at least one million casualties. That no other signs are evident, much confusion is created in the Battalion Surgeon’s tents and no one ever questions the assassinations. Usually when people are dying, deception is the culprit. Deception is the favored tactic of a medical professional and they are responsible for the taking of lives behind enemy lines.

"Lethal injection is the most common and effective form of murder and is an acceptable form of death that is approved by the United Nations when opposing forces take up arms against the United States and its Allies. It has been in practice for years and chemicals used in assassinations have to be produced if training is expected to be effective. Ricin and Cyanide developed in our detention facility are the most lethal ones. They are also an undetected type of assassination. Depending on the person’s body weight, it only takes a few kilograms for a very small person. The average dosage is between ten and six milligrams. Information about the amounts of chemicals produced due to the secrecy and the nature of the production cannot be located in Europe. That the ability to produce chemicals is very easy and the compounds that it takes to produce the poisons are effective methods of deception, the reason why the production of the chemical is a secret is it is a tactic that is against Geneva Convention policies. Even though the ability to produce the chemical is a secret, if that secret is talked about the penalty of disclosure of said secret is death." William J. Donovan was very skilled at the art of confession extractions, and he had conducted interrogations for the federal government of the United States in numerous different countries where the policies varied. He often deployed with Dr. Lashoff Tuingage and together they had killed several thousand Germans.

There are similar chemicals that can be found in rat poison and is used to kill rodents and to keep pests out of farmer’s gardens in America and that is usually the reason for the excuse that the chemical is produced. Ricin production is a little bit different process than Cyanide production and it’s faster to produce yet it is a very noisy and nerve-wracking experience for the interrogation teams. William J. Donovan explained there were to be more modifications to the detention facility, and if their operation continued to go unnoticed they would be adding atomic capabilities and a lab for the production of the lethal injection procedures. One of the concerns at the Pentagon is that a crude nuclear device was found near Czechoslovakia. It led to different suspicions, and one of the concerns was who put it there. They feared the Germans may be using biological weapons from crop dusters and they used devices that sprayed the biological agents in the air. In producing massive amounts of casualties, biological weapons pose the greatest threat. Even if they are not fatal, biological agents can render an entire army useless. The way they are dispersed is through a radiological dispersal device and they are easy to build from industrial sources. The operations are of very high secrecy; deception can be used to manipulate the reason that they are fabricated. A lot of things are considered when a biological weapon is to be used against nuclear agreements. Outlined in the Geneva Convention is the simple reason they cause terror and destruction and if contaminated, the disease can be spread by the simple process of eating food. About the groups associated with the Nazis, Italians are the most likely to use lethal injection but the Japanese are the most likely to use biological and chemical warfare agents. Donovan continued with his lecture and explained the toxins and their capabilities.

Many of the toxins and chemicals that are used for an assassination would produce panic all over the world if used in simultaneous air raids. The one thing that we had to consider about biological weapons and the fear and panic they produce is the agents and the delivery methods associated with extremist groups. That they could be affiliated with allies of the United States is a major concern for Pentagon officials. Nazis and the groups they are associated with have intelligence services all over the world and have used deception to murder their way into different regions. Our potential concern right now is the ones that could be in Czechoslovakia. The goal of a CBR attack is to cause massive casualties and the delivery means are usually for chemicals and the amount of deaths depend on different factors. The main concern is the airborne agents, those are the agents that could affect us on a very large land mass and could also be carried by the wind. Most of the lethal attacks could be sprayed in the air and were dispersed from airplanes.

Czechoslovakia is having internal problems with their economy and the proliferation of weapons is the reason for most of the concern. Many of the allies that are involved opposed to peace talks and fail to negotiate and that usually leads to military conflict. Potential full scale war is what we try to avoid and that is accomplished with deception. We have to consider an atomic deterrence for future efforts and we have to grow and learn to be deceptive. All of you will see that as a result of Poland refusing to be deceptive they will witness the annihilation of Germany in a very short-term war. If allies are disobedient, it is difficult to avoid war in that country and it also makes it impossible for the United States to form policies with them. We are not striving for independence, we are striving for cooperation that leads to the strengthening of policies and better battle plans. When cooperation is experienced, it gives the United States more time to add soldiers. When more soldiers are added, Congress can change the outcome of the battle, but usually that requires a lot of patience. It also requires nerves and a lot of careful planning. Donovan advised them to watch Dr. Lashoff Tuingage. He could enter in any situation in a terrorized region and start giving orders. By the time the opposition realized what was happening, numerous casualties had already been extracted.

"We have to consider the secrecy of the underground training, and when that secrecy is maintained Czechoslovakia will be the country with the least amount of casualties. You want to develop the attitude of the Swedish and that is to hold a position of being neutral and very cooperative and that approach usually ensures victory. Victory can only be won if the enemy can be outnumbered, especially if the weapons capabilities aren’t what they are supposed to be. To integrate an intelligence professional and extract a soldier for interrogation is a little bit different than indicting a criminal. It requires that a different strategy
