About this ebook

In the United States, it takes six years for a civilian to become a professional cardiologistthree years in cardiology and three years in internal medicine. It takes four years in the United States Navy, and I completed in three. The use of ultrasound technology called echocardiography allows a professional cardiologist to study the physics related to heart failure. There are many ways to induce transposition of the great arteries leading to the heart, and the transposition depends on where the arteries of the vessels and their assembly are located. There are procedures used to create atrial septal defect that occurs when the right ventricle pumps deoxygenated blood, and it enters the bloodstream from the aorta artery. Once induced, it is nearly impossible to reverse, and the right atrium becomes the receiving vessel. When the blood returns to the left atrium, the goal is achieved, Michael explained heart surgery as he continued. He also explained that once the chest was opened, there were several ways he could induce death.

    INTRODUCTION

Numerous events led the world from World War I to World War II. The European Military evolved into three central regions of power during that transitional period, and they were Germany, Japan, and Italy. The European Military agreed to German plans to dominate continental Europe; Italy chose domination over the Mediterranean Sea; and East Asia and the Pacific region was to be Japan’s area of interest. Those countries were the landmasses Japan, Italy, and Germany focused their war efforts. The three landmasses were committed to the destruction of the military countries due to atomic weapon materials and economic development of trade. They overpowered the militaries in their areas and forced the countries to annex and add to their military strength. It was to be the largest armed conflict in the history of the world. The interest of world leaders in the regions of political and military professionals favored the possibilities of different outcomes. It seemed the Europeans had an advantage in the profession of arms, but they were more capable in global strategy. The two combined operations to become an enemy of global proportions for the war against terrorism. They developed a plan to counter that of the Nazi Hitler Army.

They developed a successful wartime plan of action, and when the Germans and Italians attacked and invaded across Europe, other countries combined their armies and joined them. Forced to deploy different possibilities of engagement, the smaller countries occupied Germany, Italy, and Japan while they were away gathering soldiers and attempted to assassinate their political leaders. Their efforts were successful in some cases and confidence to conspire against the Germany was growing. At the positioning of the offensive attacks, they intercepted through tedious organization the soldiers of the Nazi party and detained them as they attempted to maintain their position; they determined to make the Nazis pay for their transgressions when they returned to Germany. World War II was to be the bloodiest war in history. The United States chose not to participate for allied reasons and took the offensive position of advising the smaller, weaker countries in battle strategies against the advances of the Germans. It was later on after Adolf Hitler murdered his way across Europe that Congress decided to declare war.

The Soviet Union, Great Britain, and the United States developed plans to coordinate foreign trade and policies under the United Nations. The United Nations attempted to resolve the issues before they got out of hand. The United States and their allies were all in agreeance to territorial expansion, but the Europeans were defiant and were committed to the destruction of Soviet Communism and efforts against international order. Italy and Germany signed a treaty of friendship and agreed to engage enemies for the benefit of their trade. That was the Pact of Steel and it combined military personnel and strategies. At the joining of the Japanese, it was the United States who established international order.

In 1937, China experienced invasion from Japan. The Chinese population hoped to remain neutral throughout the war. As other states joined Germany, the United States decided to place into effect a battle strategy that had been devised in Czechoslovakia. It was of an intelligence gathering and interrogation nature and produced amazing results. Intelligence operatives provided military protection for restricted areas and assisted in training their militaries in different areas of engagement. They utilized Paris for a communications headquarters, and Paris was strategically located for that purpose. Resulting from World War II, communication became more effective and International Communication to make an accurate assessment of casualties developed into a plan to extract revenge. The United States assigned the responsibility of battle strategy organization to Paris, France. In turn, Paris advised the United States of progress and offensive plans of Germany. Together with the United Nations, Paris and the United States created a plot that resulted in numerous assassinations across most of the continent of Europe. People thought it to be the work of mercenaries from other continents combining efforts to stay out of war. The Pentagon favored the idea of assigning Dr. Lashoff Tuingage and his amphibious assault team the responsibility of creating a plan to stop Adolf Hitler.

Lashoff Tuingage was a professional Battalion Surgeon the United States Navy deployed once infiltration techniques derived to reveal the throat of military and political operations and their intentions. Dr. Lashoff developed elimination procedures and was a very competent strategic assessment designer. Awarded the Navy Corpsman Medal of Honor, he was a professional combat engineer and was quite capable of designing strategies to give the United States a favorable advantage in strategic warfare. Navy Corpsmen are the primary caregivers of deployed sailors but his case was unique. He performed duties in the prevention of injury and was capable of determining the outcome of intercontinental conflicts. His specialty was the instruction of Chemical, Biological, and Radiological warfare tactics and his operations were the foundation of the United States Navy Seals. Trained at Naval Hospital Corps School, he learned special warfare strategies from members of the Special Forces. Covert operations and denial and deception tactics was his approach to his profession. He was the best the United States had to offer; in the guise of a medical professional, he was an expert infiltration specialist as well as a competent assassin.

The doctor deployed into several different locations of the world and his missions were inclusive of shore establishments and the specialty of combat engineering operations. His ability to overthrow medical facilities and rapidly accelerate his position to that of Battalion Surgeon made him the best in the world at gathering information to bring to a halt war effort of those who wish to engage enemies of the United States. Medical support had been in the category of limited support in previous years, but as a direct result of Dr. Lashoff Tuingage and his amphibious assault team, terrorism efforts were changing the demeanor of the Czechoslovaks at a very rapid rate. They determined to address terrorism on an international scale and grew larger with every operation. They designed a variety of strategies and planned to be atomic capable at the end of World War II. Employing scientist from numerous areas of the region, the amphibious assault team focused their efforts on the plans of Adolf Hitler. They found competent help from different organizations. The Pentagon obtained their best operatives from the Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Those agencies evolved in search of terrorist. They were very capable at arranging prison sentences for those found guilty.

    25833.png

During a time of war, they provided expert interrogators to assist in the complicated task of extracting information from Germans they planned to abduct. The Czechoslovaks learned tactics from different organizations of the federal government, the ones of most notable mention were the agents from the Department of Defense. The Department of Defense of the United States became very strict at interrogation procedures before the Geneva Convention created policies and later became known as the entity for arranging guidelines of opposing countries at war. Interrogation was usually a very bloody procedure, and when the soldiers were abducted usually they were wounded. In response to immediate gunshot wounds in the limbs, amputation occurred often. When amputation occurred, they used irons to keep the soldiers from bleeding to death, and amputation was a specialty at which the doctor was very proficient. Czechoslovakia thought of the possibilities of assassination from the perspective of a medical professional. They argued most of the work was completed and began to think along those lines. There were policies passed on by the United Nations to allow for the smooth integration of assassin techniques in the medical department. Assassinations from the perspective of a medical surgeon require implementation of protective components. Dr. Lashoff Tuingage was a medical surgeon in the United States Navy and he was a professor at the Naval Academy. When the plans were proposed and the Naval Academy proposition passed, operatives surged into action and produced competent medical assassin teams. When Congress saw the results, they were astounded and casualty reports yielded amazing results. Very complicated combined efforts to counter the illegal operations of the Germans had to surface to reduce terrorism on the continent of Europe.

Dr. Lashoff Tuingage received more than one thousand commendations including numerous medals of honors, fifty-six Navy crosses, and two hundred thirty-five silver stars in World War I. Corpsmen assigned to Marine units promoted rapidly and assisted in casualty reduction of numerous beach assaults. The doctor served on numerous submarines and ships and assisted infiltrators to escape in planned emergency extractions. Usually from that point in their career, they were placed in helicopters and parachuted into the ocean or were taken into custody to be delivered to the United States by naval submarines. The new recruits counted their dead; and troubled by their numbers, they chose different ratings. They found it easier to work from the medical tents and didn’t really prefer battle operations. The government concealed their identities for protection, and several of them enlisted in different areas of the world in the military forces of the allies. Some of the Battalion Surgeons served as corpsmen and provided medical assistance to wounded soldiers. Others deployed in various areas of the world to conduct intelligence operations. They found very good positions in every branch of the military of the United States Federal Government and the governments of their allies. Dr. Lashoff was happy with his position as Battalion Surgeon and he favored the position for assassination opportunities. The doctor learned that deceptive tactics taught by his mother could lead to successful assassinations, and she was the best intelligence operative in the Secret Service.

Hospital Corpsman is one of the most highly decorated professions in the United States Navy for their vast array of shipboard duty stations and complicated United States Marine Corps affiliations. Dr. Lashoff Tuingage received specialized training as a radiology technician specialist. He also studied aerospace medicine and was a professional pharmacy technician. His specialty was operating room technician and he received his education through advanced C Schools in the United States Navy. The doctor qualified to do submarine surface unassisted diving team instruction at remote shore installations. His medical training battalion earned the classification of Medical Service Technical Advisory Institution Battalion Detaining Interrogation Authority. That particular profession specialized in advanced emergency medicine with an emphasis in physical conditioning and basic battlefield tactics. The profession was improved with experience in duration of deployment, and persistence made them victorious on countless deployments. Navy corpsman earned the respect for service to wounded soldiers and sailors and often their duties required them to issue camouflage uniforms while attached to Marine Corps Battalions. The United States Marine Corps is organized as a branch of the United States Navy. It is a very unique branch of the U.S. Military and noted of their profession is the organizational skills they apply to their military structure. On every mission he deployed, Dr. Lashoff took a battalion of Marines with him. The doctor was helping them to develop a submerged battle strategy to be incorporated against German war efforts.

While training in Great Lakes, Dr. Lashoff received extensive training in how to treat illnesses and other areas of the combat profession required that he use extensive amounts of discretion. In addition to becoming a Hospital Corpsman, further assessments and training was required of the doctor for him to become a member of the special amphibious reconnaissance team. They are not restricted to one particular branch of service, and they often treat soldiers in different branches of military service. They found jobs in the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines and the additional training they received was in combat, swimming, jump school, and scuba diving. Health and injury prevention is the scope of their mission, and all of their operations exist in remote areas of the world to ease in infiltration. They traveled to remote areas and inspired different professionals in numerous countries. They often found themselves working for other branches of service among the allies.

    25825.png

It is a challenging and rewarding occupation and a variety of citizens who enter into military service enjoy extensive careers as hospital corpsmen. While training with the hospital corpsmen, Dr. Lashoff Tuingage received the Bronze Star for previous combat deployments. Dr. Lashoff Tuingage was designated by the President of the United States as Warfare Enlisted Fleet Commander and was highly prized in his profession as Navy/Marine Enlisted Warfare Specialist. Dr. Lashoff later taught at the Naval Academy and was equivalent to a commander before deployment in World War I. Of the Navy Corpsmen associated with the doctor, all had previous combat experience in the operations department of the United States Military. They trained for duty in the field, if that was the case, and earned different titles. Usually it was a six-year enlistment, and they were versatile and secretive and found allied positions in Europe as World War II evolved. They learned professional combat procedures and were professionals at extracting wounded from enemy locations.

Covert missions carried out by the United States Military or other secret organizations, like the Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, have altered history and created change for numerous nations. Covert missions allow for the creation of policies that make for a better evolvement of a solid battle engagement assessment. Missions of those capabilities also lead to the creation of amendments for important documents and to provide a good example of their success is the United States Constitution. They uncover conspiracies against the government and make discoveries about the government in cases where injustices and lives have been taken for unconstitutional reasons leading to United Nations evaluations. Those are the main reasons that spawned the need for investigation. The investigations led to the change of policies and the creation of a better learning or working environment for ethnic populations across the globe. American Intelligence organizations have launched operations for different reasons; most of them implemented to make for a better military. In order to have a better military, better living conditions are expected to evolve from those efforts. Usually, when the United States Military deploys to other regions of the world, they conduct recruit operations for numerous areas of deployment in the combat theater.

    25821.png

Often personnel and recruit operations for the Army and other branches extend into various regions of their allies. Recruit operations employ scientists for explosive ordinance and are very successful at demolition efforts. Before World War I, operatives sent to Germany to recruit personnel for the construction of atomic bombs found it difficult to maintain secrecy. When discovered, they decided to defect to the United States to create a better life for themselves. That alone took an act of treason on their behalf and for their appearances in the United States; Congress awarded them medals for their bravery. They decided against returning to Germany and thought they would be safer if they stayed in the United States. They took on jobs of top-secret classification and assisted the allies in development of complex weapons systems. They were highly decorated for their achievements and were welcomed in the armories in the United States. The position was a top-secret operation that required confined space entry for other functions in military zones and often required a higher classification.

    25819.png

The plan approved by members of Congress and adopted by Admirals at the United States Naval Academy went into effect and other areas they explored revealed favorable sites for nuclear science. When World War II occurred, A-Bomb scientist produced test results they thought would have an impact on the outcome of the war. They found the bombs to be successful at damaging targets. That era began the mass production that was the diagnostic operation designed to put a halt to German forces. Intelligence operations of the United States revealed few traitors and ongoing atomic operations of the Germans led to stronger battle plans designed to integrate their own intelligence in the United States. Their efforts opened science exploration in nuclear technological advances. Atomic warfare led to the creation of laboratories designed for nuclear capabilities for future eras.

    25817.png

In the United States in an undisclosed location, they created an atomic laboratory that had a very diverse operation. Respected by members of the Atomic Energy Commission, the laboratory became the prototype for allies. It became a well-established laboratory in the United States and atomic weapons generated frequently. National Security being the scope of its mission, it continued to grow and was successful as planned operations began. The United States felt other areas considered for their positions near their enemies would be favorable sites for atomic production. Atomic production in other areas had to be secretive operations due to the fact it was against the Geneva Convention. The Geneva Convention created guidelines that are still intact for the reason of maintaining proper living conditions for civilians, soldiers, and hostages. Without the Geneva Convention in place to protect hostages, the outcome of World War I probably would have been the same. The United States recruited scientists from areas that were rich in natural resources.

    25815.png

They also recruited Soviet scientists who were present when the Soviets built their first atomic bomb. Atomic scientists respected secrecy among the Americans, and were happy the atmosphere created by the Navy allowed for unhindered thought process. They created plans for nuclear weapons devised against the Germans. Created on the principle of isotopes, it was a favored Weapon of Mass Destruction. These fission bombs use the principle of splitting atoms of plutonium geranium. American scientist explained they were creating thermonuclear weapons that was a prototype of the Soviet A-Bomb and was the reason for the German invasion. The new design called the American H-bomb was to be used to create a counter to the German threat. Assistance from German infiltrators professionally extracted the wounded and afterwards pronounced their deaths; a form of deception implemented by Dr. Lashoff Tuingage. The doctor knew the Germans well, and was a professional actor in the medical station. Dr. Lashoff scouted for talent in remote areas, one of which was Weapons of Mass Destruction. The Secret Service in Czechoslovakia decided to create a laboratory for different operations in the country of Czechoslovakia due to the geographic location. The United States wanted an underground hostage facility near Germany so they could conduct rapid assassination operations.

    25813.png

The creation of the laboratory strengthened the military operations and made for revisions of future battle plans and immense casualty assessments were expected from the operations department. With the combinations of skill, determination, and professional development from recruitment of multi-regional scientist’s technological advancements, the new scientists were astounded and the Weapons of Mass Destruction efforts exceeded the capabilities of the enemy. The modification process of nuclear weapons designs allowed for extended destruction and overwhelming radioactive components had very devastating results. The radioactive components were favored for their extensive damage and could deploy from several different angles. The plans to disperse from allied positions aided by the Atlantic and Pacific fleets determined their effectiveness. The Pentagon believed the deployment of troops could have very adverse effects in the regions they inhabited. Most of the scientists thought the troop deployment unnecessary. They thought deployment postponed for fear of radiological irreversible damage was a more favorable idea. They knew the exposure to radiology was fatal, and they advised the President of the necessary precautions and explained the impact of the weapons on unprotected soldiers.
