    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

This book is dedicated to my Lord Jesus Christ, who I acknowledge as the one who truly died for me and to whom I give all the glory. He is truly the most incredible person I have been blessed to know. I would also like to dedicate this book to my mother Mary Martin who has gone to sleep, my birth father David Martin, Tuesday Fellowship, my Ladies Bible Study Group and to all the Ministers past and present at Duke Street Church Richmond Surrey, London England. Finally, I would like to thank Ruby Julian Taylor, a sister in Christ, who helped me by editing one of my chapters, which I found to be a tremendous help to me.

It is my sincere hope and prayer that whoever reads this book is brought nearer to the Lord and helped to develop a personal relationship with him daily. Also to feel inspired to share what he dose in your life.

The book is based on a talk I gave at a fellowship group I used to attend at Duke Street church. The audience was small, yet I felt the appreciation of what I said by the little group of eight. It is because of their reception I felt inspired to share this story with a wider audience. Hoping to encompass, fellow saints, new Christians and people who are not yet Christians who do not know the importance of being a Christian.

As I take you on a journey, the same journey I took to get to where I am, I hope you learn one thing. That is, to
