We can retrain our minds to function on the level mankind was meant to exist on! As you reprogram your mind you must create new positive physical constructs and embrace them in all things. As in the law of attraction, people are magnetic vessels. The more years spent in negative or positive energy, the more powerful the magnetic vibration at our cores will be—in this case, negative energy. And the harder it will be to free our t.r.u.e.-Selves. Usually, thirty-five years is the maximum age for this kind of change. I have yet to see someone free him- or herself after this age. Negative energy is a weight that puts pressure on any and all possibilities. It’s unlike positive energy, which uplifts you and allows you to create and soar to a point where everything is possible. As you create a reality to shift your flow in the opposite direction from your core, it will trigger a defensive system. Once you open this door, there’s no turning back; you have to ride out the storm. When we look at frequency and vibration from the perspective of the external Creation, frequency and vibration have their differences. Frequency is the cyclic pattern that flash on and off.
