About this ebook
One of the many things I love doing is teaching my kids metaphysics. When my life took a hard turn, I found that I had to take a good look at myself to make some positive changes. One of the things that got me through so many of those hard nights was having to simplify how hard life can be to my kids, in a way that they could still see the smiles in this world, that they could still see the positive side. Finding the right tools to use can allow us to not only accept but also allow ourselves to get emotional and still be lovable.

TM Nochera is a single mother who lives with her two children in Southern California. She is currently working on her masters for Metaphysical Sciences. Some of her simple pleasures in life include teaching her children, lots and lots of crafts and creativity, getting outside and being with nature, and connecting with others. One of her many loves is rediscovering the wonders that not only our world has to offer, but also what we have to offer each other.
