This handbook is written for everyone, regardless of experience with healthcare. My goal is to inspire more engagement. We are wasting money on medical expenses without even realizing. Given the overall spending in healthcare, we cannot afford to be careless. I know from my own personal experience.
If you are reading this handbook, you are already getting more help. It is a step to help simplify a complex industry. Our goal is to provide tools to help you decipher healthcare. That’s the foundation of our company. We take the headache out of healthcare!
Thank you to supporting our company and allowing us to help you. We are truly humbled by our clients and supporters.
A special thank you to the contributors, who helped write and/or edit this handbook. Without your influences, we would have never reached our goals. Cheers to a bright future.
A note from the Author
Healthcare is frustrating, complicated, and overall boring. This is the reason most are completely unengaged in their health insurance or any other administrative components of their care. However, much like the buying any item on the market today, if you do not do your research, you could be left paying thousands more than necessary.
This is the reason for the book. The goal is to enhance the healthcare experience by providing usable, relevant industry knowledge in a way that is easily understood. The only people engaged in healthcare, in most instances, are other healthcare professionals. I’d like to change this trend.
You have to take an active role to prevent overspending! The only way to own your experience is to have a degree in healthcare currently. This book prevents the need for higher education, breaking down the industry into a handbook for success. By applying a few steps, everyone can decrease the amount paid on everything from doctor visits to large hospital bills. In addition, we help provide undisclosed secrets about your health insurance company.
I spent years working for health insurance companies, aka health plans, in a variety of departments. My role was to ensure the health plan’s operations ran seamlessly. I worked with every department, across multiple products yielding an extremely extensive knowledge of health plan mechanics. I know all the intrigue details, you cannot find anywhere on the internet. To be honest, most of the specifics mentioned in the book are not even taught at the graduate level. You have to be in the industry.
The best part is I’m telling you now. It’s time to start really explaining
