Even though a puppy tries her best to live in a cage with lots of other puppies, she grows very unhappyuntil two ladies from the SPCA rescue her one day. Thankfully it is not long before a mommy and daddy adopt her and name her Emma.

As Emma moves from a life of suffering into a home filled with love, she must learn how to go potty outside, how to get along with Klio the cat, and play with all the other dogs in her building. Through it all, Emma teaches everyone around her that it does not matter where you come from, but instead how much love you give to the world.
