About this ebook

We are living in a post-modern era whereby many religions are springing up everywhere, families are being disintegrated because of modernization, and there is an influx of fast hypertechnology. Many mysteries are taking place that man cannot explain, such as missing planes like Malaysia MH370 and major headlines on CNN and other reputable media houses reporting of wars and rumors of wars. In the midst of great confusion and hopeless situations, its time to bring back Jesus into perspective. This book outlines clearly the person and principles of Jesus Christ as the only ultimate answer to all the challenges that humanity is facing.

    Epigraph

What’s in a name? once wrote a literary giant. Courage demonstrates just that in this book. The writing is a fearless critique of the current dismal state of our current world. A World where Christ the Lord has been brushed aside in our post-modern society whose main focus is on short- lived material gain.

Courage Mungoni is a man with a great passion for the salvation of the lost. He is one of the greatest prolific speakers of his generation with a clear-cut vision and purpose to populate heaven and bankrupt hell. He is a successful businessman, author, motivational speaker and chairman of the Pan African Business Council. He has great wisdom and tremendous revelation that refreshes the mind. He writes from a wealth of knowledge and experience. This masterpiece, work of a true genius could not have come at a better time than this. Foreword (2)

    Valentine Dzingai, United Kingdom

Having personally known Courage for the past 17 years I have seen him develop and grow into a mighty warrior for the KINGDOM of GOD. His growth is demonstrated in part by the penning of this book for which I write the below statement.

What’s in a name? once wrote a literary giant. Courage demonstrates just that in this book. The writing is a fearless critique of the current dismal state of our current world. A World where Christ the Lord has been brushed aside in our post-modern society whose main focus is on short- lived material gain.

Courage not only highlights the rifeness of these ideologies in the world, but details how they have crept into the church.

Bringing Christ into perspective does just that. We have lost sight of what the real essence of being a Christian is, and instead have focused on what we can gain from God rather than follow the example that Christ left.

In this book we are admonished to reconnect with the Christ through prayer and fasting, spirit filled study and searching of the scripture and also in connecting with our fellow mankind in giving of ourselves and possessions.

This is a truly inspired and biblically sound writing that will have the serious biblical student turning the pages of their bible from Genesis to Revelation in search of the beautiful gems that Jehovah has prepared for us.

It is my prayer that you read it slowly, meditatively and seek to apply the principles presented by the writer.

    Introduction

One evening, in the summer of 2014, I found myself thinking of writing a book. The idea was framed by a phrase which I thought of, and immediately it became the title of this book.

The atmosphere was very static and indeed welcoming. Everything was at par excellence and very much exquisite. I had just ordered my favorite hot chocolate coffee and my wife had done the same too, when our friend David Machaka, stepped into the arena with a broad smile on his face. Of course he was glad that we had made it to his show, he was going to perform that evening with a few other backing vocalists.

I marveled as I watched him play the African guitar. David is a calm, handsome soft spoken young man with a brighter future. He had
