JANUARY 1 2001
Driving up the road where aunt P used to live
I just passed some people I know
Getting out of my car I stepped over three dead snakes
And so I’m very much frightened
The fourth snake was not dead and lashed out at me
But it did not bite me at all…
JANUARY 3 2001
An eat time stroll into a place of variety
A friendly aquaintinance
Met
Quietly rude
An onward stroll to satisfy a crave
Dusty green
The burning of pockets so felt and seen
Now spending is pleasure for others that deem

These taste buds are inflamed
Cooled
So bought so many
Toothache is wane…

Transportation worthy of a painted red truck
Grocery store shopping seemingly
Parking space keeping
A moving up the stairs inside that store
Electronically carried beyond manual compare,
Must I stand in line?
Sweetness comes near
Door opened
We left
Outside my car appeared
I wonder why
Leave them both a voice of two says
More beneficial now
So don’t you dread?
