Book Description
Acknowledgements
First of all, I would like to thank God without whom I would not have had the strength to write. Next I would like to thank my family for being there through all good and bad times. Thank you to my therapists who believed in me when I didn’t even believe in myself. And thank you to the many doctors and nurses that contributed to the fight of getting me on the right medications and getting me to stay on them. Finally, I would like to thank the staff at Del Amo hospital who first encouraged me to write.
