Simply Sovereign is a memento to the good times in family living. Its a revelation of past mistakes, encouragement to others, and peculiar personal stories of my life experiences and visions for the future. It is prefaced with a wild expectation for God to do the miraculous, and an open treasure of dreams, praise, and mystical humor in my journey moving forward with Christ. As my relationship with Christ develops, his inspirations continue to grow in my heart. He propelled me through many great trials and many awesome achievements. I bless him for his power and his everlasting dominion.

Simply Sovereign includes inspirations for family, healing, romance, freedom, and worship. Listen carefully to these poetic expressions and enjoy the ability to have fun at a moments notice. Poetic vignettes are nestled among short stories and graphic events. I randomly and unsystematically write as God releases. I include my son, Benjamin, because he was, is, and will be my inspiration through many of my most frequent breakthroughs in poetry. My gift of poetry and psalms has been a hidden treasure for many years in my life. It is now time to share and allow it to bless others.

For the rest of my days I will praise God for being mine. I trust Him and can confidently say He is my rock—my hidden treasure—my God. I am thankful for my family, my faithful special friends, my sisters, my extra sisters, my brothers, my extra brothers, my associates, and for you all, whom I deeply care for.

You all impact my life and cause me to worship and see the goodness of God.

Pray for me as I draw closer to the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Be encouraged and know in your heart for sure that God loves you. He is a simply Sovereign God.

AUTOBIOGRAPHY

I am Sharon Denise Malone Waddle, a fifty-four-year-old African American female who resides in North Alabama.

I have worked in state government, in the field of Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities as a Psychologist Associate, Therapist, Behavioral Consultant, Counselor, Habilitation Team Leader, and Regional Monitor for the past thirty years. I currently serve as Psychologist for the Department of Mental Health in the State of Alabama. My passion is Christian counseling and conducting training seminars/workshops and generally assisting with various issues and needs that affect daily success in personal and business matters. For many years, I produced Christmas plays and seasonal performances, and I always support various church ministries with my creative gift of organization and planning. My work is my ministry. My yearnings are to serve, meet the needs of my family, and prepare for future growth and opportunities to move forward in God’s plan for my future career and life’s purpose. My internal desire is to continually achieve a goal that keeps me in step with God’s plan for the modern day priorities. I am grateful that my family members are supportive of all that I venture to take on. My personal vision for the future is to develop people in the workplace with foundational skills to operate in excellence and build up people to a greater standard of living.

After long periods of meditation and preparation, I surrendered to God, who breaks barriers and walls that previously hindered my mobility. Fortunately, this decision manifested in a time where my sons and daughter-in-law (Benjamin, Martez, and Curtessa) needed the encouragement and inspiration to move forward in their lives. My plan is to impact the world and inspire people just like you.

A PURE HEART

II Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.

In the midst of my trials, blessings, and honor of God’s presence so strong and mighty in my every move, I continually prayed for washing and cleansing. Lord please remove everything that’s not like you. I was anxious and tormented with my illnesses and elated with my healings coming all at once.

God healed my sinus and allergy problems by Mid December 2004. I no longer needed the medication that I had taken twice a day for 15 years. By the end of December, the migraine headaches were completely gone. I continued to recite healing scriptures, as my Pastor had emphasized.

Now I’m certain it’s the presence of God, the Holy Spirit staying with me to protect, lead and guide me. I need him so much, I asked for help and he came with boldness. Giving me visions to prepare me for the mystery of his assignment
