Preamble

G od Is One! That is the premise of all religions, all spirituality, and all thinking denominations.

From time immemorial, from the conception of creation and the foundational basis of all religious systems, there has been a unanimous, clarion call for the oneness of God. Indeed, there is no dissension on this line of thought.

This Book of One is a passionate quest for deeper understanding and an unravelment of our concept of God as one. This quest is all-inclusive from the outer limits of infinity and beyond infinities to the smallest quanta that embrace the Oneness of God.

Herein lies our predicament. The past and present worldview of God is not consistent with our religious systems. One cannot ask for a simpler statement than that God is one. It is very basic. It is fundamental and universal. However, below the surface there are deep schisms and differences that jeopardize the totality and oneness of God. It seems God has been hijacked to serve prevailing clergy and punditry.

The word God has lost its fullness and oneness. God has been projected into the enfoldment of all religions, proclaiming that their gods are better than the others are, but what happened to God is One? How can there be multiple gods and multiple powers: one for Christians, one for Muslims, one for Hindus, one for Jews, one for Buddhists, etc.? We have a predicament that is the basis of a massive global misunderstanding that has led to crusades and unthinkable wars with murders of millions in the name of one god.

Do we ever ask why? How did this happen? And it still happens in our present-day enlightened civilizations. These past wrongs and past misunderstandings need to be understood and need to be corrected for the healing of the planet, for the survival of humanity, and for the well-being of our civilization and the annulment of racial, religious, and ethnic differences. There will always be diversity, but there must be unity in the Oneness of God as proclaimed by all scriptures and religious systems. We should ponder deeply and question sincerely the religious practices, rituals, and belief systems of our time.

This massive misunderstanding of many thousands of years can be traced to its roots in the pagan mind-set when the sun god was the god! Worship of the sun god was prevalent in the older civilizations, and indeed, there was only one visible sun that could be seen by the pagans’ wisdom and knowledge or lack thereof. We have evolved from that pagan concept, but paganism is embedded in all the religious systems, which is why we are entrenched in the old, irrelevant belief systems and ritualities. The deception of religious practices and a new believable model of God needs to be explored and examined.

God is a term of speech, a form of expression, from the world of experience of the enlightened ones. However, God cannot be comprehended rationally because God is a higher form of consciousness.

What is God? God is the field of energy in the quantum realm, a higher cosmic field of information that needs to be understood. God can then be felt in every aspect of the material world. Wikipedia defines God as the supernatural creator and overseer of the universe. God is characterized as male in biblical sources. God is a super cosmic consciousness field that is present in all beings. God is all knowing, all-powerful, and all encompassing. This is a cosmic law that works everywhere in the universe.

God cannot be measured by any devices or instruments we have. God can only be seen through trails and footprints of reality.

We are on the threshold of a sweeping wave that will have momentous consequences all over the world. There is a need for change and a craving for a new development of planetary consciousness. A new human personality will emerge, and a new spiritual, religious mandate to change the dogmas and doctrines of the past will ensue. Both communism and capitalism are headed for massive, sweeping changes. There will be collective transformation to awaken this planetary consciousness, and this is happening rapidly. It is like a sea change! There will be deeper interconnections, openness of mind, and creativity. Spiritual evolution and transformation, although subtle, are taking place all over the world on a very large scale.

We need to become more scientific, using our intellectual discursiveness and intuitiveness to evaluate the effects of our religious practices. There was a brilliant physicist by the name of Albert Einstein. Einstein’s creative thought experiments that used discursive intellect with intuitive scientific understanding transformed the prevailing scientific theories and ushered us into the atomic scientific era. There is a need for us to change from Stone Age paganistic value systems to the modern scientific value systems. Einstein somehow thought of light travel at the speed of 180,000 miles per second and the effect of his own motion on the speed of light, which caused an increase in mass proportional to kinetic energy. He arrived at the famous equation E=MC². This revolutionized nuclear physics.

Indeed, we are on that threshold now to evaluate and see if there is something we can improve in our evolutionary process because the Creator has revealed his Word. And by voicing the one Word of God, we can influence the future course of mankind, the cause for progress, and enter the Age of Enlightenment.

What is God not? This is easy to answer. God has no image; we are not made in the image of God. God is not male. God has no gender. God does not wear a turban. God does not circumcise. God does not do any of the rituals that we do. There is no mandate from God to do any of those rituals.

Your soul has all possibilities and all potentialities. God recognizes no sin. Yes, the greatest error is when you think you are a sinner and you have no power and are weak. This is your own belief system. You can get out of that mold. You are the creator of your own destiny. All the strength and succor you want is within you. We are the sparks of the infinite divine fire.

Lastly, we live on a superfast highway of information social media, and indeed, the world has become a global community. Socrates on his deathbed a long, long time ago said, I am not an Athenian or a Greek but a citizen of the world. Nationalities and cultures are blending. Religions are blending. The sense of superiority is dissolving in greater humility. The civilizations are arising from wars, communal hatreds, and genocides. Indeed, we are entering the Age of Luminescence and Enlightenment. If only we can believe in the Oneness of God and in the interconnectivity of all human beings, all races, and all countries without borders, this will bring much greater peace and higher planetary consciousness. We can then
