About this ebook

The message is clear; we are to walk worthy of our calling. Our Christian walk is how we live our lives here on earth. If we are being urged to walk worthy of our calling. It implies that it is possible not to walk worthy of our calling. With the coming events in mind, we need to remind ourselves of what is going to happen to those who are not walking worthy of their calling. They will be left behind.

This is not, nor will it be, a popular message. Nevertheless it is true, and it will happen exactly as described. God is not concerned or swayed by what is popular with mankind. After 6,000 years, it is finally time for man to listen as God begins to speak more directly to him.
While it is a popular thought among many Christians today, scripture does not support the whole church we are attending being taken on that day, but rather only those who are ready and active in our Lord's service.

Left Behind (C)
Author

Larry E. Ellison

I have been a bible student with a strong interest in Bible prophecy and especially time of the end prophecy for over 40 years. I have been struck with the amount of prophecy that exists in the Bible. I also have been struck by the contradictions in what is commonly accepted as the way to interpret it and what to expect is going to occur in the near future and what is actually there in Bible prophecy. We need to change our priorities and stop trying to gain worldly possessions and seek instead to do the things that the Lord has asked us to do so that when the time comes we may be among those taken and not those left behind. This was the motivation behind my writting my book "Watch Israel" and having it published to share my message with as many as read it and discuss it with others, friends, family members and members who attend the same church with them.

    Dedication

    I dedicate this book to our Lord Jesus Christ and seek his blessing for this effort in his service. May my efforts bring recognition of the events around us. As they match up events with the written word of prophecy given for our instruction in the Bible. May they encourage others to open their Bibles and read what God has written there to bring us closer to Him. May this book inspire others to come to recognize the need to understand what is happening and what to do about it.

    Introduction

    Nothing can be done now to prevent what is coming. This book is written so that people might have some advance warning of what is coming. It is not written to cause panic or frighten anyone, but rather as a warning so that you can be better prepared to face these things when they happen. Not only will you need this information for yourself, but you will want to share this with others so you can give help to loved ones and others you know that they too might have hope of survival.

    Traditional Christianity does not understand a vital role of the Messiah that Judaism does recognize. Most of Judaism does adhere to the belief that, at a future time, the Messiah will come and establish his throne over Judah and all Israel. Some in Judaism believe that this throne will eventually extend over all the earth. Christianity does not understand that the Messiah is indeed going to reign on this earth for the 1000 year Millenium, and not in heaven. Even in this, Judaism has only partial understanding.

    God has foretold that most will not believe what is about to come to pass, not even as this world is plunged into the most cataclysmic time it has ever seen. The possibility of such events occurring may seem incredulous to you, perhaps so much so, that you don’t want to read any farther. But just in case… if there is the slightest possibility… wouldn’t it be wise for you to know what to look for, so that if indeed it does occur, exactly like this book says, then you can more wisely begin acting upon it? There are numerous quotes presented here so you can open your own bible and let God speak to you directly from it.

    The soon-coming time of trouble and devastation is so great that God says there has never been a time like it during man’s 6,000 year period on this earth. The events resulting from the return of Christ will result in the greatest destruction of all that will come upon mankind when the return of Christ will end the Russian led invasion of Israel. On that day, God Himself will bring judgment, death and destruction upon this world. This will remove all evil and that which offends Him. On this same day, Jesus Christ, the prophesied Messiah, will return with His elect to set up the Kingdom of God. Then He will reign over this earth for 1000 years! He will bring a new world order, with a single world government, and He will begin ruling on the earth.

    The whole world will experience this end-time tribulation and worldwide earthquake. The North American continent along with all the other continents will experience a horrifying cataclysm beyond human belief. The destruction on that day will literally destroy much of life on earth as we currently know it. This will be after the elect have been removed and those left behind will experience wide spread destruction which will leave the total worldwide population a tenth of what it is today.

    The North American continent alone will experience a horrifying cataclysm beyond human belief. The rest of the world will experience similar events. This prophetic record can be illustrated by using the combined populations of Canada and the United States as an example. Although it is somewhat larger, let’s use the figure of 300 million in our illustration.

    The prophecies concerning this specific portion of end-time devastation are not recorded in specific numbers of people, but in percentages of population. If 300 million were the combined total, 200 million, or two-thirds, would die on the first day. Of the remaining 100 million, only 10 percent, 10 million would survive to live on into the new world at Jesus Christ’s coming. The devastation and loss of life in certain areas of the world are even greater than this. These figures involve those left behind after the Rapture of Christ’s faithful elect.

    You cannot afford to ignore or reject that which is written in the Bible and pointed out in this book. Sadly, most of the world will ignore and reject it, just as people did in the days of Noah. Most people today don’t even believe the story of Noah. But it is true, and yes, those of that time mocked Noah and his family. But the mocking stopped when the waters began to rise. They continued to rise until everyone not in the ark were dead. Worldwide destruction is coming, but millions will be left behind and will have the opportunity to live on in the mortal state in a new world, not just one family as in the days of Noah. If you mock what is written here, then you too will cease to do so when these things become reality.

    This is not, nor will it be, a popular message. Nevertheless it is true, and it will happen exactly as described. God is not concerned or swayed by what is popular with mankind. After 6,000 years, it is finally time for man to listen as God begins to speak more directly to him.

    We now live at the very time when God is going to bring an end to man’s ways and man’s governments. God is going to humble mankind so that he will not continue to resist and fight against His way.

    Those who continue to fight against Him will simply die as a result of their efforts. Now the time has come to humble mankind, so that he can admit that the destructiveness of his own ways would end in bring annihilation if God did not intervene. That is why the advancement of technology, in this past century, was no longer withheld from mankind. God wanted to show what man would do with it once he was allowed to have access to it. Yes, God held it back until the end-time in order to fulfill a full witness of the life of man, over 6,000 years of history.

    Now the haughtiness and pride of man will be humbled by his Creator. The attitude of man will have changed once he has experienced the physical tribulation. Mankind will be ready to be delivered by God. He will be ready to receive the Kingdom of God and the worldwide rule of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that those who continue to resist will no longer live on the earth.

    The information in this book is being presented to you in the spirit of the charge to the watchman. As you read this and the rest of this book, you will be able to look at the warning and decide if you are going to ignore it or respond one way or another. In either case the Cyber Prophet is no longer responsible for you as he presented the information and a warning to you as he sees it.

    You may also be interested in my first book, Watch Israel which points out the fact that Israel is the key to identify the return of Christ. According to bible prophecy, Israel will be invaded by an army led by Russia and will be overcome until Christ returns and sets his feet on the Mt of Olives which will cause a world wide earthquake. This will completely wipe out the existing way life occurs on earth. Then Christ will set up his world-wide kingdom with Himself ruling from Jerusalem where His throne will be set up in the new temple He will have constructed there.

    What Does God Really Want?

    Far too many today seek out a church where the words they will hear will be pleasant. The same applies to preaching presented on TV. A common statement expressed there is preaching like this will get you to heaven.

    2 Tim 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

    God knows the thoughts and intents of the mortals alive in His Kingdom. God knows the ones who will depart from iniquity when the time for a decision is reached

    Heb 4:12 For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

    What does He want from us? The Bible really is the word of Life. The task before us is to take the contents of the Book of Light from between its two covers, and get into our minds. This means that we must study the Bible with the object of assimilating the Truth that it teaches—and of coming to know God.

    3 John 1:11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

    Here we are being told that God wants us to do good. Those who do evil instead have not seen God and will be left behind in that day. Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD. The time has not yet arrived when it will be no longer necessary to say that. Today we must continue to emphasize the need of coming to know the Lord through His revealed word. Exodus 34:5-7 gives us a brief summary of God’s character, but it is in seeing the record of his dealings with people in the past that we can see these principles applied, and consequently know His mind towards the issues of our day, and towards our personal circumstances.

    Exod 34:5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.

    Exod 34:6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

    This gives us a brief summary of God’s character, but it is in seeing the record of his dealings with people of Israel in the past that we can see these principles applied, and consequently know His mind towards the issues of our day, and towards our personal circumstances.

    Exod 34:7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].

    Psa 15:1-3 A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. [He that] backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

    Heb 2:1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let [them] slip.

    We slip or drift away when we allow the exceedingly great and precious promises to slip away from our memory. Lest we should let them slip away from us and forget we were purged from our old sins. If we drift away, we become in danger of being left behind.

    Heb 2:2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward;

    As we read the bible, we can find many examples of transgressions and disobedience and how the Lord rewarded them. In our case they can cause us to be left behind in that day.

    Ecc 8:13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong [his] days, [which are] as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

    This is a reminder that the wicked cannot prolong their lives. Their life will be short as a shadow if they do not fear before God. Lack of fear results in disobedience. It also will cause him to be left behind.

    Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

    Here we are reminded that even after the Holy Spirit has put the seal of God on us so that we are sealed for the day of redemption, it is still possible, if we are not careful to grieve the Holy Spirit of God. By deeds or words or thoughts we could still grieve the Holy Spirit and by so doing fall short of the mark of the High Calling of God. Is your life a source of joy and praise to God? Does it radiate His grace? Or does it dishonor Him? Are you pleasing or grieving the Holy Spirit, who dwells in you?

    Ezek 20:38 And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

    Here is a very clear warning. There is a day coming when God will not tolerate those who rebel against His will. Those who transgress against Him will not be allowed to enter or live in the Kingdom of God. Since the kingdom will be world wide, there will be no place left for them but death. Then the rest of us will know that He is the Lord.

    Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard [him];

    This is a real warning to us. If we neglect the great salvation which is offered to us, the question is how shall we escape? Where can we hide? Where else can we go? We will be left behind, then what?

    Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble [you], and thereby many be defiled;

    We are to walk worthy of our calling looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God. What does this mean? Our walk is how we lead our lives. Here we are warned it is possible to fall short of our calling. What happens if we do not walk worthy? What will happen if we fall short of the grace of God? We will be left behind in that day.

    Eph 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

They will be left behind

    1 Pet 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech [you] as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

    Clearly, failure to abstain from fleshly lusts could cause us to fall short of our calling in Christ Jesus, and be left behind in that day.

    Heb 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

    Here we read that we have a need to be diligent to enter that rest of God which we also know as the millennial kingdom. If we are not diligent, we have been warned that it is possible to fall short and be left behind due to our disobedience.

    Heb 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if [any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

    We neglect so great salvation by drawing back. The result of drawing back or falling away is God will have no pleasure in us. Those who believe and do not draw back save their souls. A popular concept today is those who believe to the saving of their souls will be saved.

    Heb 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

    What some overlook is that once we accept Christ as our savior, we have a walk of faith to continue in. It
