Paul Sorgule is president of Harvest America Ventures, a restaurant consulting and training company. Sorgule earned a master’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of the American Academy of Chefs. He lives in the Adirondacks of New York State with his wife of thirty-nine years.
