IN 2002, Louisiana Cookin’ introduced its first class of Chefs to Watch. Over the past two decades, we have identified more than 100 up-and-coming chefs who have made an impact on their communities and redefined Louisiana cuisine with their diverse viewpoints and devotion to their craft. Today, we’re proud to celebrate our 20th class of Chefs to Watch, and we look forward to watching the new generation of chefs bringing their passion and ingenuity to the state’s ever-evolving culinary scene. We hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know more about these chefs throughout the years and continue to support them now more than ever. In honor of this milestone, we caught up with a few Chefs to Watch alumni to talk about their experiences as Chefs to Watch, what makes Louisiana such an incredible place to cook and eat, and some of the recipes they like to make at home.
