    8. The department of HBE consists four network courses which are the Creative Sciences, Psychoeconomix, Naturecogy and Psychoastronomy. The department of Techno -- literature comprises three network courses which are the Propoplay, Nidrapoe and Testapoe (Testament Poetry).

    9. This is the second module and study course in the HBE/CPSS TECHNOLOGY series where the first is THE ORACLE: Principles of Creative Sciences. This course network is designed for students of year 2 who have trained as professional creative scientists in the first year.

    10. The works and writing on THE HBE/CPSS series including this one and any other made with respect to the title and subject of discuss being Creativity and its various applications may and must be considered beyond mere suggestions and writings but as the product of inspiration and intense research conducted by the author and inventor in respect to this subject.

    11.     Since democracy [perhaps capitalist democracy] creates pressure on the government and as well on the people then it is necessary to find the middle point of mutual compromise and that point is creativity, a situation where the governing and the governed work and earn from the natural abilities and endowments of each other.

    In the developed world an unemployment statistics of between 12%-15% causes alarm but in a country of over 75% as at 2012 given by the National Bureau of Statistics, it ought to be considered an emergency situation. Creative Studies such as this would remedy the situation.

    We need a revolution but an intellectual revolution we need and a change of mind not violence. Since it is better to fight for something than against something then it holds that our destiny should be better judged by us.

    The term Psycho -- econo -- mix may have come to you as a bomb but there is nothing to fear. When I first conceived that there was a great need to recreate the living society in which we have found ourselves I also recognized the need to accept the great responsibility to make it possible.

    This work is one of those attempts and of course the accomplishment. This word is coined from the words: psycho, economy and mix meaning running an economy by the recognition of the great endowments of the human mind being talents and ideas in a mix. Here we have deduced the faculties of the human mind required to emerge and manage a new creative economy.

    The great realization which has occurred to me in various forms may have become the very foundations of this very great task.

    First I realized that every other sector of the human economy was experiencing tremendous changes in line with globalization and the great recognition of change so inevitable but the education and creative sectors were being deprived of this great benevolence because in my opinion, our greatest problem comes from the fact that we are more speculative than calculative such that what we cannot measure we cannot manage for greater efficiency and productivity.

    It was in my opinion not just a nationalistic affair but a global burden.

    The biblical warning of ''renew thy mind'' was being down played to religion alone; Emerson's philosophy of transcendentalism which advocates more of a person working successfully by the passion of originality has been reduced to mere inventions, which with great respect to inventors for I also am one of them though had not yet brought the anticipated reduction of social ills, unemployment and the possible elimination of poverty.

    All these constituted in just one factor led to the many headaches and back pains obtained from long sitting and writing hours and so had to be found in the education of the individual on mind operations as the central factor proving education as the greatest legacy any nation can give to its people. By this work the gap has been filled.

    I read somewhere that in 1844, I stand to be corrected, Einstein discovered realizably that time is money but here I have not only proved that time is actually money but calculative that talents and ideas are actually money.

    I have also proved the effect of artificial lights [here electric power supply] that it actually activates talents and ideas and proved also are the relationships between the star lights of the cosmos and the lights of the human mind.

    Interestingly also I have developed my formulas from the inspiration I obtained from various Bible quotations. I have received most of my findings from revelations granted to me by God and have confirmed theses from the scriptures.

    I have also stated these scriptural verses as much as possible and without any bias have established the fact that there is God and that revelation and reasoning are twin brothers.

    The Holy Bible is the source of my inventions and calculative discoveries as I have discovered that the Bible supersedes science for it has predicted science and has defined certain concepts such as lights emanating from the Creator himself and the new creative economy system as I shall prove in this book.

    Secondly I have to point out regrettably though that so much is expected of the government and that by undue emphasis on this the people may have lost their own personal and collective sense of touch with the reality of their own potentials.

    In my submission government is an index of the people such that a confused or ignorant people who will likely elect a government of same stature except conscious steps are taken to right the wrong, it becomes a fact so simple that the people who elected a confused government are also a confused people.

    For instance why should the government make power a priority in a country like Nigeria or elsewhere?

    First why should there be a greater focus on education, creativity and power in every economy, rather than mere rhetoric these may have been proved scientifically in this book. I believe in reliable facts and figures.

    We have speculated for so long and seem not to achieve any records such that figures have to be established to solve certain problems based on revelation and then reasoning -- this was the method of the masters of creativity.

    Firstly creativity provides the people with an innate potential from birth to discover themselves as a pack or bundle or quants of moving talents and systems arming each with a mind so that God's instruction to man to replenish the earth though apart from health concerns makes it easier for each creative person to survive productively thereby ensuring that population is in itself a huge blessing.

    Education -- I mean a functional education based on the compulsory knowledge of creativity for every field of study polishes this person to discover and develop this potential turning out a system with a multiplier effect while power is the greatest facility for turning out these systems into beneficial products and services.

    Of course, no one is perfect but we can work to achieve better results each day if only we have the necessary statistics derived from reliable facts and figures. This book proves and exposes these facts.

    Thirdly and most frankly I sincerely advocate that we either need a change in our educational curricula especially in the tertiary institutions upon which we have dwelt for so long or we need an addition to what we are presently studying.

    For instance, what happens in the mind of a student when he is taught that money is scarce? Psychologically he begins to consider such extreme sources of making this scarce commodity such as stealing, perhaps from home to as far as looting public treasury but relatively he tends to reason better when taught that he can make good income by discovering, developing and selling from his many natural abilities, talents, endowments and potential [s].

    Notwithstanding I have been confused about the proper rendering of the singular and plural forms of the word potential or potentials. With the sort of proofs in this book we could adopt ''potentials'' since we can now quantify them.

    Additionally when you list so many kinds of unemployment in the society today then you provide graduates with so much drain in their mind.

    As much as this study of the Creative & Psycho-Social Sciences is concerned there are only three kinds of unemployment. Grappling and conquering them will prove great possibilities for very one.

    The first of these is: people who are employed but are not satisfied with reference to their income as they yearn some day for something better.

    The second of these: people who are employed but are not fulfilled, these ones have no passion for their work, they seem to be wrongly placed and no matter how good the pay packet they live daily in a sort of regret.

    Thirdly: those who are qualified to work but have found no paid employment. Interestingly all these factors boil down to one finding fulfillment and happiness as a purpose for his everyday toil.

    Directly no one is completely happy except he has been discovered developed and connected self to the possibilities that lay within his mind and of course the larger universe and the techniques in this book is directed at creating methods to accomplish these.

    I have discovered this for myself and it has worked for me. This is the source of the guiding formula known as the Interest Formula [INFORM] of the renaissance creative age which I shall call the DDC formulae.

    I believe that before a person arrives the stage of receiving this training from this work, such a person must have conducted the HUMAN BEHAVOUR DIGITIZATION EVALUATION TEST, a program of discovery and has been certified for such purpose as a trained creative scientist for truly this book containing 7 sectional courses combined is the second and more advanced phase of this training.

    It must be made clear that this study and its complete faculty is not a form of esoterism because it is backed by practical examples as much as it provides other methods of analysis without a laboratory test.

    Psychoeconomix was birthed from The Oracle: Principles of Creative Sciences [better known here as ORACLE 1] and there by this book could also be referred as THE ORACLE 2. While Oracle 1 borders on individual creativity, Oracle 2 strings together the psycho [mind factors, talents, personality, endowments and ideas] in this case with the economy, market, governance and leadership variables in its mix.

    Together they form the core course work of this faculty of study. The suggested minor subjects are psychology, history, economics, business administration, geography, anthropology, and sociology, use of English, literature and perhaps mathematics.

    INTRODUCTION TO THE C³ TECHNOLOGIES

    The Creativity study is divided into four matrix categories namely: Creative Sciences, Computational Creativity, Psychocreative Sciences and Astrocreative Sciences while its scientific frame is known as the C³ technologies.

    The C³ technologies comprise an integrative framework designed at institutionalizing creativity globally. It encloses scientific, creative and economy structures to make the set objectives of inventing, developing, working and emerging the creative sector a reality.

    This framework is composed of the following:

    1. SCIENTIFIC MODELS:

    Understanding of anything and acquiring the knowledge of its operational mechanics through scientific applications is a veritable method of capturing the essence of creativity.

    Various techniques, methods, statistics, calculative deductions, theories, logic, principles, derivative laws, formulae, diagrams and illustrations, and instruments are employed to reach the heart of the knowledge guiding creativity.

    2. CREATIVE DIMENSIONS:

    The use of the quantitative analysis have been applied to solving the mysteries that bind creative and psycho -- social elements such as the brain, mind, instinct, ideas, talents, psychology -- personality and emotional balance, innate potentials, creativity behavior, applications, professional ratings, career management and complete endowments in line with these knowledge.

    The creative dimensions are designed to aid the process of building a creative economy and solving most economy and social problems such as unemployment, youth restiveness and crime as well as optimizing the individual and collective efficiency by their applications to various sectors in organizations -- human resources and product development, education, outsourcing, consultancy and research with its attendant multiplier effect in both the private and public domain.

    3. ECONOMY STRUCTURES:

    These are stipulated institutions designed to regulate the activities of the trained professionals of various frameworks of the C³ technologies. They comprise professional organizations and hierarchy ranging from the local, state, federal and global dimensions.

    They run certain defined functions within the C³ frame work and ensure that the welfare of practitioners as well as member countries bound by the common treaty for institutionalizing globally are protected.

    The management of the creative sector will hinge on advance methods such as currency applications, institutional management and national derivations spread out annually by integrated analysis and reports set out in the objectives of the C³.

    The C³ currency will complement the market structure while institutional management will have the responsibility to regulate the activities of the professional practice, protect the interests and welfare of its member states and promote creativity and its attendant ideologies globally.

    The economy structures also comprise the principles which guide creativity, the economy system called creatocism and the political ideology for member states called creatocracy while being collectively called C³.

    CONSTITUENTS OF THE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR ENGINEERING {HBE/CPSS} TECHNOLOGY

    1. A combination of the study on Principles of Creative Sciences, Psychoeconomix, Naturecology and Psycho astronomy constitute the complete study course called the Human Behavior Engineering {HBE} Technology.

    2. The school of thought and department/faculty management as applicable is known as the Creative & Psycho -- Social Sciences in which case the combined course work is termed the Human Behavior Engineering for the Creative & Psycho -- Social Sciences {HBE/CPSS} technology.

    3. Registrations and awards are based on the professional HBE /CPSS Technology certifications as stipulated by the author and inventor and must be strictly adhered to except where permission is granted by the author to perform otherwise by institutions and organizations wishing to apply the study to their curriculum. This may apply in situations such as where universities and other tertiary institutions wish to award conventional degrees to their students and graduates in the HBE/CPSS Technology.

    4. The author asserts his rights to be known as author, originator, inventor, creator & King of the HBE/CPSS Technology.

    It must also be noted that the author was neither student of psychology nor any study from the conventional system of education from any tertiary institution of higher learning at the time of writing, developing and creating this book and its subsequent technology.

    Any discovery made in this book was a product of revelation and observation as deduced by the application of certain intelligent analysis on various issues by the author. It therefore exists in its own rights.

    Reference statements made in any part of this book are only those as considered appropriate while the author conducted research based on his revelations by reading and study and most were a coincident when discovered.
