AGRICULTURE
Farming for Profit.
At the turn of the nineteenth century about ninety percent of employment in the United States revolved around farming though big in size they produced nothing in comparison to factory farms of today that either show very little profit for the amount that they produce, or are government subsidized. I explain it like this if you raised a steer and sold it in nineteen thirty your profit was twenty-five dollars. If you raised a steer and sold it nineteen fifty-five your profit was twenty-Five Dollars, you just had to raise more of them. These days if you raise a steer and sell it you will be lucky if you make that and even if you do there is no way that you will ever raise enough to even stay in business. In agriculture and other chapters in this book I will use the old America to compare how things have changed. The old America is gone; people need to realize that. We should take the things that worked and continue them while getting rid of everything else like yesterday’s news. I truly believe that farming is the only way America can put everybody back to work with the majority of people making a reasonable income. For the majority of people to make a decent income in farming you need to completely change the way it is done. In another chapter of this book called the bridge I will explain how we can ship food to the world cheap. But as for now let’s just say you basically turn the whole United States into a gigantic farm that produces everything you can think of lumber, vegetables, cut rock, cattle everything that you can come up with and turn it into small profitable businesses that employ a lot of people. The secret to making this work is creating a demand for all the products, this I believe I have the answer for later in the chapter called World Peace. So for now imagine that between China, Russia, Europe and the rest of the world that there is a never ending market for American products that generate low taxed small individual businesses, the way America started out.
The Average Price of a Farm Today
One big American dream that needs to come back is families or individuals actually purchasing a farm with a reasonable chance of getting their money back. If you try it now this is what you’re going to be up against. Two hundred acres of land depending on where you at can are from twelve hundred to seven thousand. So that averages out to forty-one hundred, call it twenty-five hundred. Three new tractors with four or five pieces of equipment that are continuously broke down will average two hundred fifty thousand dollars easily. I am not exaggerating any numbers nor will I tend to do so. With a little bit of land and not very much equipment no seed, fertilizer, fuel, livestock, you’re going to be half a million dollars in debt easily. My point is there is no reason for anybody to farm these days unless the land is handed down and then subsidized by the government, neither will continue to work. It is not my intention to run down America but when you explain it accurately, that’s how it is. The answer is to come up with a solution to the problem.
The Only People Making Money Farming are with Horses
I’m not saying that everything needs to go back to the eighteen hundreds but the only people that are making money are the ones that are doing it with horses and of course I have a better way. That is where the answer lies. In nineteen-fifty my grand dad told my dad that you will not make money with tractors or big equipment. Everybody disagreed including my dad as it turned out gran dad was right. This is why everybody putting money into equipment to produce a lot of one thing didn’t work. Horses produce other horses that produce another whole market and then some, when there old they can be put to sleep and used for dog food or fish farm so there is absolutely no waste that is how people need to think, Tractors do not produce other tractors they burn fuel, pollute the air, are expensive and all eventually wind up on a junk pile which is non-profitable and put people out of work. Sense I’ve been to New England I noticed some Amish farmers. The first thing I noticed is that all looked smaller. It came to me the reason that they looked smaller is because most of them were healthy and in shape. Honestly unlike most of the farmers of today. Excuse me I should have said unlike the American people of today. My point is there the only farmers actually making a living today because they work hard and don’t owe the interest and payment on two or three hundred thousand dollars’ worth of equipment when there is nowhere near the profit in farming to pay for it. They teach their kids young how to farm and what life is really all about. Every kid needs to learn this, it cleans their spirit from the beginning, People don’t realize everybody to some existent learned to farm whether it was a garden or chicken’s pigs whatever. The best understanding of life comes from a farm this should be done for all kids, then they can do whatever they want in life they will have the basics right. This would help all the mentally disturb that turn violent, farms with animals for kids to work on at a young age instead of sitting and playing on a video game for eighteen years, computers are a fine thing if used right, but what they learn on a farm with fresh air and exercise is by far more important.
Trees
Trees are a forever source of financial ability for the United States, Steady source of employment. Everything you can use trees for is what people need to do, come up with a set price for fire wood and cut out the coal and fuel oil. Sale the coal to Europe and make it mandatory for Americans to burn wood That creates jobs and still get the money from Europe for the coal. No more big machines going in scalloping hundreds of acres of wood and still probably doesn’t have enough money left over to pay for their machine. It needs to be done with horses there needs to be rules every tree you cut you or somebody plant back so many. It is simple there could be millions of jobs in the winter cutting trees for logs then sending them to Europe China whoever wants them. It would be better for America if millions of men made above average pay cutting wood then a few barely paying for their machines. Between working the horses with the crops and cutting logs or wood men could work good year around make above average money not collect unemployment or nothing else. That is what America to get back to steady employment this needs would create more jobs for people. Think of the restaurants in a rural area in America if it were like this. It would be even better if they were run locally and helped out the people of the town like it America started out, instead of some franchise that was owned by Americans that all owned by somebody from other countries this really hurts America we need to find a way to go back to the mom and pop shops to employ more people with real jobs and keep the money in America. Don’t tell me that there are not a group of men still left in the united states that would rather migrate from the south to the north every year make good money, work outside in the fresh air, get exercise at the same time, free from most of societies rules. This could create a boom effect in little towns along the way. Using the horses to plant and harvest in the spring, summer, fall,
Yellow Pine;
Yellow pine is the best and easiest wood to work with in construction it is by far the most popular wood for trusses and rafters. It grows in the south and over a period of time millions and millions of acres should be planted so they could be harvested with individual teams of horses to keep men busy and healthy, wealthy. This would probably be the most profitable wood of all it reaches maturity quick valuable, could be done in the winter easily if organized right the horses could stay busy year around. Once the bridge is completed this alone in the future could enormous profit for the future south.
Hickory;
Hickory grows well in Virginia and I’m betting all the way through Tennessee clear to Alabama. It’s one of the prettiest wood and gives the most as far as flex ability the old people made everything out of it handles for tools. Hickory works good to make such things as bow and arrows, because you could straighten or bend it over a period of time and it would stay that way. The trouble with hickory is that it cost so much but if you did it the same way as yellow pine meaning over a period of time plant millions and millions of acres think of the income that will bring America and future Americanism am not an expert on tree in every in every state in America but there are already maps drawn with America’s forestry and agriculture products where everything grows best in America along with local people from the area and educated people working together to create jobs and help there area at the same time.
Red Cedar;
Red Cedar grows fast and the old people said a cedar post would last a hundred years in the ground, if this is true that is an enormous time for a post to last in the wet ground, I know they grow fast and are good for shingles. Grow millions of them because they grow fast, they are expensive and will sell like hot cakes with absolutely nothing left over.
The Great Northern Wood;
The north has the biggest trees and also the also the widest variety of good wood not to say that some good Oak doesn’t grow down south but the oak in the far North seems to be prettier, which is an important factor as far as selling overseas goes. The best thing they could do now is let people cut the smaller trees for firewood leaving room for the bigger trees to get huge and a lot more valuable. The people that own the trees would be better off to let fire wood cutters cut it for nothing so that they get their trees thinned for nothing if they cooperate let them have the organic fertilizer I keep talking about for nothing, their trees would be of better quality in the long run they would grow faster, be worth more money. This what the American people need to do work together so everybody gets a better deal in the long run.
Mid-west, California; Oregon
I don’t know what grows best but I know there is a lot of forest in the places, they utilize all the good wood they have, do it the same system as I explained in the east. Between the east and west coast and all the states in between if the work is broken to small individual sub-contract men with horses at a good day’s wage just cutting the trees right instead of scalloping them planting all the crops the same way millions and millions of good clean jobs will have been created and using the human fertilizer correctly leaving more than what we took, that’s a badly need change. Men can have a secure year around job that last forever at the same time they still get to live free. California as of all ways is at the perfect location. The new bridge to china would create three new markets.
The products that can that can be exported just for profit is unlined oil from Mexico and other countries, products from South America, beef, tobacco grown in the eastern United States. The second big market would be the same system I explained with going back to horses and using the human organic fertilizer. It would look like the land of the jolly green giant, logging the right way with horses instead of picking one area and compel destroying it. These horses would also create endless jobs hay market, shoeing, training raising or just taking care of them and yes when their time is up as humane as you can feed them to the fish in the sea, this is nature’s way creating no left overs. The third market will be created by the boom effect that the horses and all the exporting going on. A lot of small businesses factories set up the way I explained in jobs for woman. Men can also get together and make a product avoiding all of today’s taxes insurance cost of the corruptions. Just simply make a product and divide the money up between the workers. This would make millions of high paying jobs all up and down the west coast. Bigger paychecks for workers that would actually stay in this country.
FERTLIZER AND ORGANIC FARMING
Fertilizer is by far the most expensive part of planting crops if you take that out you can plant for almost nothing, the secret is to use sledge what is a name for human waste, there is a way to use this first let cows and livestock eat them. This may sound simple but if people would make this work we could basically totally farm organic, get rid of the waste instead of dumping it in the rivers, Create a cheaper more efficient way of farming. To make this work the landowners would have to get together with the men working the horses on a price to where the money is split up the right way, the sledge from the cities is donated to the landowners if he or she will allow the crop farming to be subcontracted out to teams of horses. This way the landowner could get the fertilizer for nothing, if any landowner now is actually getting fifty dollars a year profit after paying land taxes their lucky. Let me break it down A landowner can make some money off his land without going deep in debt work a team of horses or work another job if he chooses, this way creates healthy cheap food and employs people that is a completely different way of farming.
Irrigation
Irrigation is the solution to the immigration problem. The best solution I’ve heard from the Politician’s is to let the ones hear stay and the ones that get left in Mexico starve. I worked with the Mexican people and almost learned their language. People are starving to death in Mexico. All the Mexican people need is water, build a river from Canada all the way to Mexico; we could use it to irrigate the west for crops using organic fertilizer the right way. We could also use the irrigation system to prohibit the Mississippi river from flooding. Think of the expense that would save feather United States Has the best and most natural resources of any country in the world we just need to use them right don’t abuse them and replace them as we go.
THE FISH IN THE SEA
The sea could produce enough food for everybody if it was managed the right way. I did some commercial fishing up and down the coast of Fla. And learned a lot the hard way.
Corruption of the coast
• The Fla. Coast guard should be completely done away with. Turn the whole thing over to the navy. The coast guard is set up to put fisherman out of business, none of it makes any sense, the government doesn’t want the American fisherman in business but they buy grouper from Mexico because the American dollar is still worth a lot more than the Peso then sale it to the supermarkets in America dollars. The fish still get eaten but a lot of what could be good paying jobs lost.
• How good can these coast guards be working? Think about it there are millions of streets that you can purchase drugs on twenty-four hours a day,
