want to help others understand their illness Multiple Sclerosis. Your life has just been altered. There are lots of things you can still do. I will go into detail more about what I’ve done. You first need to look at yourself and take a good step by step approach to moving forward. Once you get the diagnosis, let yourself go mentally & emotionally. Cry, throw things, yell, scream etc until you get the sudden news out of your system, you have MS.
Next step is to get the telephone book or look up on the internet. Look for local MS agencies. I found one spoke with the group leader. She told me the meetings are every third Thursday of the month. I started attending the meetings that month. Found out that there was another monthly meeting the first Thursday of the month. I began attending that meeting as
