Born on September 14, 1929 in Lucknow, the capital of Utter Pradesh India. Educated in Lucknow, Jhansi, and Agra. She was MA (English) LT and joined Education Department of Utter Pradesh Government. After putting in thirty-three years of unblemished, honest, and sincere service. She retired as regional inspectress of Girls Schools Jhansi Region Jhansi, India, in 1987. She was very fond of writing poems and has written numberless poems on several occasions on prominent personalities like Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Sarvepalli Radhakrishanan, and Martin Luther King, etc. She was a great palmist. She used to be flawlessly correct in her predictions and forecasts. She used to love pets and gardening most. Selected to judge flower and dog shows many a time, she had the capacity to organize stage shows of school and college girls successfully. Her efforts and results were highly praised by high dignitaries for her talents. She was a great patriot and had immense love for her country. She joined National Cadet Corp (NCC) as an officer and emerged as an unmatched shooter. Over and above she was a religious lady of multiple talents.

Mrs. Evangeline Shangloo was born in God fearing Lyall family of Lucknow (India) in the year 1929, on 14th September. Her early education was completed in Lucknow and thereafter in Jhansi and Agra in India.

She joined the Education Department of Uttar Pradesh Government in her early twenties and was shortly elevated to the post of English Lecturer and then Principal of a Government Inter College and thereafter served as Regional Inspectress of Girl’s Schools Jhansi, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Allahabad Regions. She retired in the year 1987 from Jhansi, India. She was very fond of writing poems and has written numberless poems on several occasions on prominent personalities like Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Sarvepalli Radhakrishanan and Martin Luther King etc etc… She was a great palmist. She used to be flawlessly correct in her predictions and forecasts.
