She is a postgraduate in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India. Amidst a feudal backdrop of monkeys and mango trees, she spent her childhood with a strong desire to write. A diploma in creative writing from IGNOU gave a professional touch to her writing.
