    CHAPTER 1

    Introduction & Awareness

You should make it a point to note them on a piece of paper, immediately. EUREKA? EUREKA? An idea can change your life!.

Usually people in a group or an organization come from different background, different geographies. Each one of them has his own experience and smart way of solving day-to-day problems. There is a need to tap this talent and help them innovate. Every organization should have an innovation ecosystem in place to help people be innovative and add value to the organization.

How about Homepage of a company website having Innovation tab similar to Career, AboutUs, ContactUs tabs which carries information related to various innovation programs present in the company.
