Doris lives in Vinton, Virginia with her husband of 66 years, Gene. During her 91 years she has devoted her time to family. Creative endeavors such as drawing, painting and ceramics. Singing in the choir is her strongest passion. She has written poetry for most of her life and this is her first book.
