Management. A holistic view focuses on how Marketing and Business
Project Management contribute to strategic goals of an organization. The
linkages for integration include the process selecting Marketing strategies
and projects that best support the strategy of a particular organization and
that in turn can be supported by the technical and managerial processes
made available by the organization to bring projects to completion. In the
face of intense, worldwide competition many organizations have reorganized
around a philosophy of innovation, renewal, and organizational learning
to survive. This philosophy suggests an organization that is flexible and
project driven.
Mathews Mutale
Mathews Mutale a founder member of Diamondale foundation has extensive background in Marketing and business project management. He obtained his Diploma in Marketing in Zambia at Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Science. In May 2008, Mathews graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at University of Maryland University College and obtained his Master’s degree in Business Project Management at UMUC in May, 2010. He was certified as (CAPM) Project Associate in 2009. Being a business professional; Certified in Property and Casualty Insurance, certificate in Real Estate, he practiced and contributed effectively in the field of Marketing at Maryland Auto Insurance Fund, Parts Authority. He executes his daily duties as certified associate in project management at Capitol Hill, with United States Capitol Historical Society where himself has done a number of presentations for the United States Capitol Historical Society. He worked as a Store Manager at Payless Shoe Source. In Zambia, he worked for Zambia State Insurance as a Sales Representative for Non-Life Insurance, worked Star Commercial as a Sales Executive, and Buffalo Paints as a Regional Sales Executive.
