About this ebook

My book is a collection of poetry that I have written over the years. I've been blessed to write them with the direction of the Holy Spirit. Knowing that it wasn't about who I am as a person, but about what praising God really means, as I was taken from situation into blessings. The spirit of God has shown me why it is necessary to hear him, wherever am, or whatever I am going through, with everything after being done as Christ like as possible.

    Praising God

Praising God is a collection of poetry based on the goodness of God, his blessings that I have received that have come through his son. It is for me a life-changing expression, from what was into what is supposed to be. It also gives meaning to the word hope, which is also my name.

What is it I want to tell the world about me? Only that through all my trials, God has loved me and taught me to love Jesus as he does, except him as Lord and savior; and if I followed his instructions, there would be an abundance of love. And finally, to try to see the world through the eyes of Jesus and that means that I had to develop the kind of faith that Hebrews 11:1 speaks about.

I won’t be perfect, but I’ll know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me daily. I thank my husband, Joe, my children, and friends because they are the ones who have helped in this learning process. I also want to thank my pastor and first lady, Rev. Charles and Jackie Lundy, for the sermons that have given me insight. But all praise, glory, and honor goes to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit because without them,
