In fact she pretty much shares it with everyone she meets. She has been writing since childhood and has natural way of putting into words her feelings as well as touching many others with her poetry. First and foremost I would like to dedicate this book to God

He is my reason. My end all be all. Although this book does belong to all people. To everyone who has ever felt hurt, shame or loss.

To anyone who has ever felt joy, acceptance or love. This is for you, this is your book.

I pray that who ever touches this book will be reminded that

you are loved beyond all understanding. It does not matter what

you have done or what others have done to you. You have a

wonderful option to turn back time. Your sins can be taken away

like they never existed.

Love unconditional hope unreserved

Strength all encompassing forgiveness undeserved

You give all you are to me and ask for nothing in return

Leaving nothing but the embers to burn

You set my mind to wondering about the finer things

The innocent blood of a blameless man and what salvation brings

Can I just be with you in daily prayer on a nightingale’s wings?

We can sing, we can sing

Give us the power Lord the forbearance to say I will

Give us your self control to make all else stay still

It doesn’t matter where we are in our lives.

If we are successful or unsuccessful is not of concern.

It doesn’t matter our situation or station in life or if we are wealthy or poor.

What does matter is we are all chosen, we are all gifted, and we are all incredible in God’s eyes.

And God is God no matter where we are.

From a blade of grass you made the world

From a single thought it all unfurled

Now I see

That you have a plan for me

Because from a blade of grass you made the world

All things are possible with you

I just need the faith to get me through

If I will only believe

That you are everything I need

You will show me that it’s true

Hope please be a friend

Lord I know I can depend

On you when I am weak

Let it be your words not mine I speak

And I will choose to accept these gifts you send

You are so much larger than they know

Let me be the one who tells them so

Give me boldness to express

A Child’s Prayer

I’m upstairs in my bed as I hear him stumble in

He is drunk again tonight

God save me from this sin.

She is crying in her room as he slams the door

All I can do

Is pray to you

It dose not happen like before.

It has gone on much too long now me and mom are leaving him

We are packing in the morning before he comes back in.

It’s gone on much too long now

There is really something wrong now

I just want to be gone now

Please open up the doors of heaven and let me in.

I hear it is safe inside there

And you would let me hide there

You will make it stop forever if I just believe in him.

Jesus said he’d save us that he’d never leave us

So God please don’t forget us

Cause we believe in you.

A Heart like God’s

Lord teach me your way

This is what I pray

How to be available

Every single day

To show all people mercy

In all you have me do

You gave me a desire Lord to have a heart like you

Show me how to be

A servant to the soul

It is not me

Who can set them free

But you can make them whole

Don’t let me be to busy

To guide them on their way

Help me be available every single day

Give me lord a patient love

A heart that understands

Let me hold on to the lost

Let me feed the hungry and

Let your love shine in my life

So everyone can say

God makes her available every single day.

A Hundred Years

Everyone is carrying around a weight

But it’s not too late just let go

Seems we are all in a hurry everyone’s worried

About going nowhere why should we care

It’s ok to be afraid it’s ok to cry

You see it’s just like me to screw things up

And stand here asking why

We take our politics and taxes and wonder what to do

But in a hundred years it won’t matter

In a hundred years it won’t matter

In a hundred years it won’t matter

All that’s left is God and you

Now is the time to move up the hill

And get your fill

Walk in the sureness of him

If you don’t start now

You will never know how

He wants you to begin

Move up the hill as Jesus did

Doing the time but not the crime

We ask ourselves what’s the point

As if we can’t go

Well the point is always Jesus

And that’s all you need to know

To walk up the hill is not easy the uphill walk is hard

Just when you want to shout you’ve figured out

You realize God holds all the cards

So just stand still and be patient cast your eyes from sin

And in a hundred years it won’t matter

Yes in a hundred years it won’t matter

In a hundred years it won’t matter

Cause all that is left is you and him
