PREFACE

Kennyatta DuVeil was born in 1952! At age eight, he became aware consciously and subconsciously, of the Superconscious mind which also occupied his allowed space! He, a tiny bubble of laughter became the Sea of Mirth itself! At age nine he intuitively knew that he was here for a special purpose; but what? He never heard any of the adults speak about the pictures that were in his mind; nor did they speak of the exercises that came to him. He discovered rhythmic breathing, and did find his way to the Single Eye! Kennyatta at age nine would ascend to the roof, where he would lay in the Death Pose and look between his brows and behold the light of the sun! (This is not recommended) At the tender age of nine he reached Sammadi! He became one with the Bliss, so soothing! Bliss is a wonderful state. No pain nor happiness; no limits no body: his mind was merged and bathed in soothing light… and each one of his body’s cells was filled with the Word! And since then he has visited that state of consciousness and being on several occasions! When he would walk to the store for his mother, he would do rhythmic breathing! He would inhale to a count of ten, hold to a count of ten and exhale to a count of ten; with each step! For months he did rhythmic breathing! He would also chant praises to the Deity a hundred times a day! He thought that he was going mad; but still he proclaimed; thank you Father thank you Father Amen. He never thought to speak of his experiences to anyone, because, the experiences made him feel whole! And there, he was accepted graciously! No! This was his and his alone! So it came to past, that, at age ten he saw it; he experienced it! Two auras he saw; two wheels of light that were in his forehead! Two auras moving slowly; but closer and closer together; and when the two auras met, he was instantly absorbed in the Bliss! Breath taking; and beyond serene! At age twenty, Kennyatta was introduced to yoga philosophy! Fourteen lessons in Yoga Philosophy was his introduction to The Path! Kennyatta DuVeil eventually became a philosopher and poet in his own right! Kennyatta has taken the sum of the keys to the kingdom and has fused them with his thoughts, being and art! All praises be unto the Creator who now controls his pen! And he has surrendered his pen, hand and mind for the purpose of uplifting humanity… . let those who has an ear hear! This is the dawning of a new age! The Golden Age; and what will make it golden is the evolution of consciousness on a global scale! Be still and know that I am God! He has sent unto us the Holy Redeemer! A vehicle to speed up and enhance Spiritual evolution! The techniques are scientific and holy! Creation abounds in magic! Through the wholelistic approach of good living, proper thought, proper diet, exercise, austerity, concentration and meditation exercise, fasting and Kriya yoga: Let those who desire liberation be still! Kriya Yoga is a science and an art! An instrument through which human evolution can be quickened! MENTAL FORCES AND KRIYA YOGA

Are you ready fellow traveler?

And thus, it is done!

And I present these scrolls unto you as directed by the most high!

Let those who have an ear hear!

Let those who have an eye see!

And let those who know the mantras chant his Holy name!

Amen; Om; Aum:

With his grace; one by chanting the name Shiva, Shiva" four times

Should inhale oxygen expanding the abdomen;

Retain and control the same near the glottis

By closing the outlets of the nose, ears and mouth

Chanting mentally Shiva, Shiva fourteen times; and then

Exhale the carbon dioxide through the right hole of the nose

Chanting Shiva, Shiva, eight times! And become Him!

Hear the mighty roar of the ceaseless flow of Om.

Come learn the techniques to open the floodgates!

And see the primal force; essential energy rise from the root Chakra

To the Heart Chakra and above! Until you reach the Lotus.

Kriya is visualization, breath control, being still and the will power

That you will attain through Hong-Sau and Om practices!

He went beyond art and industry

And interpreted the myths!

And proclaimed that; spirituality and science are inseparable!

He realized that the ancients knew the secrets of creation

And that today’s man has lost it!

The mind is the Original motion picture camera!

It can remember; which is to rewind!

It can know the future; which is to fast forward!

It can play; which is to live in the present!!!

We are mind!

On Earth, we put on a physical body…

It is the Ocean of Bliss, an ocean of light

That has become this little body!

Death is a misnomer! And does not exist!!!

Only permanent cosmic change!!!

The mind is the image of its creator!

And its creator can be reflected when the mind is still!

So be still and know that I am God,

And we and the Creator are one!

The mind moves through the Ether; and is Etheral!

And we are All in All…

And as we see the mountains, blue sky with streaks of orange and red, and see the Earth and Planets revolve around the Sun and Milky Way and all Atoms and Elements are one and the Mind can connect to the Universal Vibration which is OM, AUM and AMEN and this OM is Mind and Spirit and is Light and Bliss… the Promise has been full filled! The Holy Redeemer is literally at hand! . . . Is this too deep for you?

Today is tomorrow

Yesterday is today

Tomorrow is history yet to happen until it becomes today

And slips into yesterday!

History is yesterday that was today that came and went;

But today will always be now!!!

Now is today, tomorrow and yesterday…

Time is illusion…

Eternity is here and now!

The Soul of Man, which is Mind! Is Eternal Bliss!

Now we stand on the thresh-hold of Cosmic Consciousness

The Word is within you… the Word is Spirit…

Man shall not live by food, water, air and earth alone but by every Word that proceed through the Mouth of God; which is the medulla oblongata! The nerve center that is directly linked to the Dynamo of All Source and the Essence of the All… the Comforter has been revealed: be still and hear the Word today, it is the Comforter that Jesus promised to send yesterday which is the direct link to Omnipresence… no middle man is needed! . . . through the spine, brain and medulla oblongata: The Om vibration is Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent! . . . Everything vibrates, nothing rests! . . . The Om rate of vibration can be reached when the mind, breath and heart are still! Either through sleep; or the advanced mind can connect at will through using advanced meditation techniques and wholesome living! Om is the Holy Spirit and when the mind connects to the Om vibration it connects to it’s Creator… Man are these qualities at all time! And Man’s true nature is untouched by strife, death and circumstances! Human is Man embodied through desire and sub-conscious will! The more man EASES GOD OUT ie EGO, the more course Man’s body becomes, the more he is apt to experience suffering, misery and physical death; which is a self created hell! The closer Man is to his Creator the finer the vessel in which he occupies; ie Physical body, Astral body and Etheral body! The All In All is All In All; which is God, Allah, Babaji the Buddha, The Maharasha, Christ Consciousness: and you and I Are One! Amen!

I am a child of the world and universe too

I am your brother in spirit, in fact I am you

The oneness of all should be clear

But instead in its place is killing and fear

Kill your brothers and sisters too

Killing each other, for the will of a few

Drop missiles and bombs millions at war

Killing each other and hate’s at your door!

I am a child of the world and you are too…

My conscious is in the World Church

That connects me and you.

Be free from your shackles that separate our Souls

Free of your limitations, as your mind will unfold,

And be One with I AM.
