    PREFACE

    Why I had to write this book

    While working for the US Census Bureau, I experienced discrimination. In fact, this is what prompted me to write this book. Through the experience, I’ve learned the best way to confront racism is to be willing to take a stand and speak out against it.

    So I encourage men and women to speak out against the injustices that take place in their work place, community, or city. I find out the worst thing to do is to do nothing. I decided to be one of those who can help make a difference.

    I pray God will destroy the stronghold of racism in our country and bless generations to come to find people who have been taught to forgive and to walk in love.
