Quotes and sayings
Being second makes you the first looser
FATE: is a random set of occurrences that happen in life.
DESTINY: is how you choose to deal with Fate!
If a person has no faith in their own ability
When faced with adversity.
Then there are no tools equal to the task at hand!
If a man resigns himself to mere existence, then
The only path he may travel is that of resignation.
Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the
Recognition of fear while maintaining
The presence of mind to act in a manner that
Is contrary to the natural urge to preserve
One’s own life!
Words of Wisdom,
Bring thoughts of Temperance,
To acts of Justice.
Life is not a spectator sport!
The complacent mind sets the
Perfect stage for failure!
Some truths must be lived to know their worth!
Enjoy every day as if it were your last,
And every experience as if it were your first!
A man may manifest within himself the courage to face even the most tumultuous of times, if he remembers
but two simple words, I can!
If shit were of value, Poor people
Would be born without assholes!
Save gas,
Fart in a jar.
Dear Aunty M,
Fuck you,
Fuck Kansas,
Took the dog,
Dorothy
For those who do not remember the past,
They are condemned to repeat it!

Every man has the Golden opportunity to be a fool, dare you open your mouth and prove it!
Fighting a war for peace
Is like fucking for virginity!
A rabbit’s foot brings good luck,
Yeah right, the rabbit had four of them?
Free without purchase, or
No purchase necessary,
But the address is on the
Inside of the wrapper?
3 installments of a one time fee?
Why put off till tomorrow, what
You could get away with indefinitely!
We the unwilling
We the unwilling,
led by the unknowing,
working for the ungrateful,
have been doing so much,
for so long,
with so little,
that I honestly believe,
that we can do anything,
with nothing

The Delicate Sound of Thunder
Above the din of war, beyond the rotting corpses of shattered bodies, before the screams of courage as men charge forth and die, there came the anguish cry of hope, then a whisper heard round the world that came to us eons ago,
"I shall give you life in my Fathers house, but know ye now, Thou shalt not kill, and thou shalt not steal, lay a wreathe of peace at your enemies door. Bow your head and ask not for your own desires but the fulfillment of the needs of others, offer sanctuary for those oppressed, and hope to the hopeless, stand righteous and oppose tyranny where ever it may be.
If you are ashamed of me in the presence of your neighbors, then I will be ashamed of you in the presence of my Father. You are blessed with the world and all that you would need, care for others and care for the Earth; you must all share it until I come again, may Peace be with you for all the days of your life!"
PEACE, is not the absence of hostility, it is the presence of Justice

The most common of Miracles
As we sit in the comfort of our homes
We never think of the planets or there movements
Our lives are consumed with the day to day events
The simple things that make up a day!
But out there, beyond our mortal thoughts
In majestic motions of timeless synchronicity
Feats of splendor and unimaginable grandeur
As the Earth travels; as it hurtles on its celestial path.
And much without notice in cause of tide and fall
And the moon, the moon effortlessly circles the Earth
We scurry about in our hurried little lives
Never thinking for just one moment?
The grace and symmetry of this marvelous dance
The gift we share, made for us with naught but a thought
The heavenly beauty, the splendor of precision
As we see yet another of the most Common of Miracles.
The Morning Sun Rise!

I Believe
I am a ship upon the raging sea,
Battered and beaten but not yet broken.
My heart is the sail,
And it is tattered and torn.
I have prayed and prayed,
I have asked that God to give me a sign.
And as sure as the spring rain brings life,
My prayer was granted.
I have weathered the storms of my life,
In darkness and the light!
God is my anchor and the still anchor holds
In spite of the raging seas as the tempest blows.
He is my anchor, and with my faith restored,
Because I believe God took the time to say,
You can believe!

The Coming
My days grow long,
Filled with toil and strife.
My life grows short,
As I feel nearer the end of life.
These are our days, our time,
And the news grows bleak!
Eyes gaze towards heaven,
For his mercy we must seek!
Prayers and pleas fall short,
Silent and unheard.
Soulless eyes and deaf ears,
Hear not a single word.
Hearts of mankind yearn for a sign,
Countless souls in one voice cry!
Is this the time, is this the coming,
I seek this truth before I die!

The Love of God
With the love of God comes a new peace
of mind, and a stillness for a restless soul.
A clarity of vision with the depth of faith
and the trust in him that no sacrifice is unseen.
Shivers come without reason and tears stream
for the love that is now felt from deep within.
A single prayer is answered and a life is saved
In my heart I know that his eyes were watching me!
Thirty five years of asking, God give me a sign,
A sign that I know is meant for my eyes alone.
This Prayer was granted on a cold a stormy night,
In the words of a song, the Anchor Holds!

Shattered
Ragged breath and tearing eyes burn,
Solitude and a hopeful heart yearns.
With aching arms I strain,
For some Golden answer I rack my brain.
Struggling to hold back the tears yet to fall,
Screaming from within an unheard voice calls.
No chains, no bars, yet I am trapped in this prison,
For this shattered self, the spirit has not risen.
Lying in agony, pain with no wound,
Mixed emotions, will the end come soon?
The child within cries tears, silent and dry,
Why has my God turned a blind eye?
Loneliness so dark, so desolate, so deep,
In this void, not even the angels seek!
Like a withering rose the spirit shrinks,
A broken heart lies on the brink.
For some inexplicable reason I would welcome death,
A chance at salvation, a time to rest!
I yearn to walk in Freedoms halls,
Anything that can break down these walls?

Phyllis
What can you say to a person that dedicates their life
to the resurrection of the spirit, the healing of the heart, and mending of the body?
A person that firmly believes that the word of
God is not a matter of convenience, but a sacred charge, a state of mind, body, and spirit!
I will be in your eternal debt for the help,
kindness, and generosity that you have extended
me in my hour of need.
God be praised for the lambs that he works his
miracles through; this is ode to Phyllis, a
Treasure if not a Saint!
Richard Allen Saare, February 29, 2008
Black Dawn
Far, Far and away from here,
With lights flickering across their faces.
Men with angry voices gather,
Their secrets told in these dark places.
Words wrought with pain and death,
Raging hearts fill with lust!
Deeds foul and filled with betrayal,
Cities fall, destroyed, now turn to dust!
Screams from the innocent echo,
Hands and wrists bound and bloodied!
Their cries fall on ears deaf with anger,
Cruel malice towards their Brother man!
Fierce and lethal eyes wickedly gaze
Satan grinning stands ready at the gate,
For his malevolence knows no bound,
His Minions clamoring as they wait!
War is waged, battles are lost,
Men with hearts so bold and courage so rare,
Casts themselves before the machines of War!
Bodies broken and crushed, die in despair,
The morning sky is dark and still,
The first rays of light pierce the gloom,
The stench of death now fills the air.
Mankind stands at the edge of doom!
