By method of literature, I will be presenting to you in an abstract alimentation, the elements to be the processed, and the needs of these traits to implement in the world of business. My name is Adrian Diaz-Alejo; I started my career at a young age of twenty years old. During the years in the field of consulting guests searching for a good night’s sleep, I came across with lots of opportunities that developed the person that I have become today. To this day, I still apply the learning tools I gathered during the 17 years of practice; those days from 1995 until 2011 were a huge platform to my future. I never envisioned myself reaching the heights of management, since I was so young and did not comprehend the meaning of the mattress industry. The field of sales made me stronger. I started my career as a sale associate in which was able to build a profession and sustain a living. I was a young man looking for a career with innovating ideas in the sales business. I took the offer and exercised a dual role for a while as a corporate trainer and showroom manager. The best came after 6 years of selling, and after enduring many obstacles, as you will learn from my writings in this book. In my time as a District Sales Manager position, my enjoyment in the position gave me great success. These were years of great awakening as
