A Mysterious World
Science as we know it did not exist in the 1600s. There were no labs with computers and high-powered equipment. Schools and colleges did not offer science classes. Imagine how different life was back then. Without science, there were no modern conveniences, no pre-packaged foods, and no life-saving medications.
