There is a cosmic energy in the universe that is all creative. We are using this energy every day whether we know it or not. For thousands of years the spiritual world has understood the way this energy works.

With the advent of computers and sophisticated technology we now have the science that supports the existence of this power. This power is unlimited and we are learning that all things are possible. What was once perceived as metaphysics is now being proven in the laboratory.

Most of us are unaware of this invisible and all powerful energy. We can see the results of what we create in our lives but we often don’t connect the dots to understand how these results came about. Most of the time we are operating on autopilot and we are reacting to every circumstance that comes into our life. We are misusing this energy to support our fears and limitations. We keep repeating the same painful and destructive behavior.

As soon as we begin to acknowledge this power we try using positive thinking and affirmations. Why this isn’t working?

We think that we need to use more will power or that we’re doing something wrong and we blame ourselves.

The reason that positive thinking and affirmations aren’t working is because we are using the wrong part of our mind. We are using our conscious mind.

What we discover is that in order to make sustainable changes we need to use our subconscious mind. We can bring traumas and limiting beliefs to light. When we see what is holding us back and making us sick, we are able to bring traumatic experiences to peace and non attachment and create new beliefs. We are able to replace the beliefs that are sabotaging us with new beliefs that create health, wealth and joy. We can now harness this unlimited power and we can live in peace, joy and love. We can raise our vibration. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. As spiritual beings we are all one. We are connected and interdependent upon each other. As you are raising your vibration and improving your life, you are raising the vibration of the world.

You have been given this amazing gift of life. Much can be accomplished in the duration of a lifetime. Quantum physics demonstrates that your energy ripples out into the world. You are impacting everything around you.

We are living at a time when we can accelerate our human potential beyond anything we have ever imagined.

In this book I use the word God or Spirit. This creative force, this Universal Energy goes by many names; Jehovah, Yahweh, Divine, Vishnu, Allah, First Cause, Most High, Higher Power, Krishna, cosmic energy, Mother Earth, Nature or Ralph.

In reality this great power fits into no category and cannot be named. Please know that this book is for people of all faiths and of none.
