Kelly Ford was born in 1946 in Dallas, Texas. An unidentified find at his grandmother's house as a youth shaped his future interests and drives. He served in the U.S. military from 1966-1970 and graduated with a B.S. from SWTSU, now TSU, in 1988. Writing is his passion. He continually researches and finds just the right topics and contents. Bible Word Studies

The Biblical quotes are taken from the King James Version (KJV). I realize that there are many translations out there. I am also aware of the many archaic words used in the KJV. It reads like Shakespeare to some people and is hard to comprehend but because others were brought up on it, they are more comfortable with it. There is a lot of disagreement and debate on which translations are the best or right. When I do in-depth studies covering a wide range of Scriptures, I tend to use the KJV because of its origin and connection to the Textus Receptus, as opposed to the Alexandrian Texts where corrupt versions most abound.
