The Jensons - Chelsea Anyanwu
Chapter One:
A horrible morning
It was a rainy day and the Jensons were fast asleep in their beds: Rainbow, Sparkle, Sally, Sammy, Mike and Jade.
Suddenly, there was a big bang on the door. Rainbow jumped out of her bed and thought, who in the name of the Jensons could be banging on our door like hell at 4 am??
She crept downstairs, through the hallway and she opened the front door. It was her little sister’s friend, Silver Ninja, holding toys to play with. He was holding the board game, Monopoly.
Rainbow blankly stared at him for a minute and barked, What do you want, HORSE? Do you know what time it is?
Yes. 4 pm. Can I now play with Sally?
Silver Ninja asked, waving the game in Rainbow’s face.
NO! NO!! NO!!! You idiot! First of all, it is 4 am. Second of all, SALLY IS IN BED. Last of all. TODAY IS A SCHOOL DAY AND WHEN YOU’RE THERE, THEN YOU CAN PLAY ALL YOU WANT. SO, LEAVE!!!
She slammed the door on his face and walked upstairs as if she lost a war against a two-year-old.
It was still raining and 30 minutes went by in a flash.
Suddenly, another loud bang sounded on the door.
This time, Sparkle came downstairs - jumping up and down, full of joy.
She went to the door and asked, Who is it?
Here is a delivery for Sparkle Jenson from New York Styles!
The voice replied.
She smiled from ear to ear and screamed quietly.
Sparkle opened the door and brought her arms out wide to sign the delivery note.
Jade came downstairs, rubbing her eyes with her fist.
What are you doing here? Go to bed.
The delivery man went into his van and drove at a speed of 100 kmph. Jade stared at him until he was gone, then she thought, that man will go to jail.
Sparkle quickly opened the brown wet box and took out one of the clothes that she ordered.
The top was blue with a pink bow in the middle with pink layers folded under the bow leading out.
Aren’t these cute?
Sparkle asked in a squeaky baby voice, as she waved the top in Jade’s face.
Yeah, they are wonderful!
Jade said in a not-so-happy voice. Now let’s go, or else mom will come and kill us.
Sparkle ran upstairs, and Jade took the remote off the living room table, and again came on the door, BANG! BANG!! BANG!!!
She rolled her eyes, Come on, who the hell is now there, again??!!!!
Sparkle quickly ran down the stairs, curious to know who was behind the door.
Jade dragged herself to the door and opened it, and in front of her was their neighbour, Mrs. MOO-MOO.
The neighbour was an overweight cow with a seven-year-old cow. The little cow wore a pink bow on the middle of her head.
This ‘cow’ is like 6 feet tall and from the looks of it, weighs over 200 kg.
Sparkle thought.
Your family has been slamming doors loudly, and my daughter thought it was a gun!!!!!!!!
Mrs. Moo-Moo screamed.
Sparkle shouted, Maybe your child is dumb, take her to the hospital to help her identify sounds better. She clearly needs it!!
Sparkle!!
whispered Jade as she kicked Sparkle.
The ‘cow’ glared at both of them and slammed the door really hard that a crack appeared on the wall.
Sparkle and Jade both went back to bed annoyed.
That was a horrible morning for the Jensons.
CHAPTER TWO:
Chaos
Rainbow rushed to school with her sisters, and at the gate she saw her classmate, Mac, hanging around with two unfamiliar boys. Mac was unbelievably short for his age as he was a dwarf. He had blonde hair and was showing his shoes to the other two boys. Mac! Who are these people?
Rainbow asked. In front of her, she saw a golden eagle and a mixed-race person.
They are the new boys that Sir was talking about yesterday,
Mac answered.
Oh, and I didn’t even introduce myself. My name is Rainbow.
My name is Keef,
the ‘Eagle’ quietly said.
Keef had natural yellow endings on his hair and big wings.
Oh, he is just shy!
shouted Mac
"I know midget.
