Bill Packard and his wife Barbara dove into the nonprofit world 25 years ago. During that time they turned two struggling thrift stores into thriving businesses. One in four short years donated nearly $750,000 to local nonprofits in Flagstaff AZ. They also were founders of one of the few 100% volunteer 100% free medical clinics in the United States, and a food pantry where those needing assistance could actually "shop" for food.
