After overcoming a tough transition, Aisha obtained her first leadership opportunity at the young age of 20 as a Head Teller at a bank. As she pursued her career in banking while also pursuing her degree, a chance to join the military was presented to her, so she decided to join the United States Air Force. This decision was instrumental in who Aisha became a leader, and she still serves today with over 15 years of service. As a leader, she has managed multiple teams and had oversight of programs that supported thousands of military members, civilians, and retirees. As an analytical, results-driven problem solver, she is a go-to person in her field to develop current and future leaders, problem solve and develop strategic solutions aiding to the success of every organization or business she supports.
