All of these Guided Practices are designed to be used with my Pathway Prayer Process to Access the Heart of the Akashic Records©. Along with the Prayer, I have included the Guidelines and Key Concepts for Successful Readings. It's best to start at the beginning and go through the exercises in order, building on your growth. This collection of Guided Practices has been revealed to me through my own work in the Records over the past 26 years.

Key Concepts for Successful Pathway Prayer Process© Akashic Record Readings

The purpose of an Akashic Record Reading is to see and know an individual from the illumined and inspired perspective of their soul and to recognize and understand their human challenges from this unconditionally loving perspective. Our opportunity is to consciously align with Ultimate vision, for growth and happiness.

What are the Akashic Records? They are a vibrational archive of every soul and its journey as human. Your own Records can be thought of as The Chronicles of You. Every human has a set of Records. There are two parts to every set. One is the invisible, vibrational blueprint of the identity and ultimate potential of the individual soul. This remains permanent throughout lifetimes, as it is the essential composition of the individual, which is their destiny to manifest. The other is the catalogue of lifetimes lived, through which the individual awakens to their magnificence, expressing their highest potential while still in human form. This part is evolving.

As a soul-level dimension of consciousness, the Record is a sacred space for inner illumination and inspiration – spiritual and unconditionally loving in nature.

Appropriate Expectations

Psychic ability is not required for fulfilling engagement in the Akashic field.

The Akashic Field is a realm of Light and, as such, does not demand our prayers, worship, or adoration. This impeccably pure realm supports us in recognizing and accepting the truth about ourselves, our lives, and our fundamental goodness in all situations. 

No angels, no spirit guides, BECAUSE they have individual identities and exist outside the Akashic Field.

Human lifetimes are the focus of the Records, not extra-terrestrial or animal.

No trans-channeling. No entities.

Practitioner is conscious. And the boss when working in the Records.

No Akashic language, animals, songs, or names.

Issues we do not address:

We do not address extra-planetary lives.

We do not have anything to say about moving from animal to human form.

We do not speak to the dead.

We do not predict the future.

The reason is that the Akashic Record does not address these issues – and there are other, much better resources for these types of services.

Keep in mind:

This is a form of spiritual counseling; offering insight, guidance, and wisdom rooted in unconditional love for our support and development.

Energy first, information second. While the information gleaned from the Records is significant, the energy or emotional sense or sentiment of the communication is especially important.

It is essential for the Practitioner to DESCRIBE their experience of being in the Records. What is happening or not happening? Most effective is to describe out loud, next is writing/journaling, next is thinking.

When accessing the Records, 5% of people hear, 10% see, and 85% have a sense of knowing.

Guidelines for Reading Your Own Akashic Records

Do not consume recreational drugs or alcohol for twenty-four hours before opening the Records.

Use your current legal name when opening your Records.

Be responsible for your time in the Records. For optimal results no longer than 1 hour per visit.

Ground yourself after each reading.

When combining the Akashic Records with any other system, always honor both systems.

How to Read Your Akashic Records, Using the Pathway Prayer Process©

Begin by reading the Opening Prayer out loud one time, using the appropriate pronouns. 

Return to the third Stanza, beginning with Help me, and read silently two times, using your current legal name.

Next, announce the opening of the Records by saying out loud, The Records are now open.

And so we do acknowledge the Forces of Light,

Asking for guidance, direction, and courage to know the Truth

As it is revealed for our highest good and the highest good of everyone connected to us.

Oh Holy Spirit of God,

Protect me from all forms of self-centeredness

And direct my attention to the work at hand.

Help me to know (myself/first name of individual being read) in the Light of the Akashic Records,

To see (myself/first name of individual being read) through the eyes of the Lords of the Records,

And enable me to share the wisdom and compassion that the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones of (me/first name of individual being read) have for (me/him/her).

Opening Meditation: Preparing to Work in the Records

Let’s take a few moments to get centered in our places. Seat yourself squarely, back straight but comfortable and supported, bottom connected to your mat, the floor, the earth. Exhale fully, expelling anything within that is interfering with your ability to be present.

Now, inhale the present, allowing it to circulate within and through you. As you sit in your place, notice there is a space on the earth that you share with no other person. You are the only individual in this location. Consider that the earth, life itself, has saved a place for you. Yes, there are no substitutes for you! Only once in all the ages do you
