John Gerard Lewis is the founder of VotingCatholic.com, which guides Catholics on how to vote according to the teachings of Catholic bishops. He is the former Board Chairman of the 1st Amendment Partnership, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit and nonpartisan organization dedicated to protecting religious freedom for Americans of all faiths.
