      On the furthermost edge of the galaxy lies a dead planet, a spiritless world once known as Proxima. The calamity that caused its core to burst was catalyzed by none other than Thanos. The chain of events was the one example of his dark ideology completely failing and although the story needed to be sung, it never would be. The tragedy could be argued as an inevitability, considering the reprehensible actions of an individual named Proxima Midnight. She took it upon herself to execute the Mad Tyrant’s usual methodology and at the end of it all, only four survivors remained. Midnight had long forgotten about the homeworld she had turned her back on, unaware of the ultimate fate that befell the now uninhabitable heavenly body. In the shadows, her twin sister, Proxima Benatar, and the other refugees had undertaken a hardened quest for justice against the pair of cohorts. Their odyssey had brought them in contact with another ragtag band of revengers called the Guardians of the Galaxy. Their similar stories had converged and in place of revenge, the groups chose
