The augmented rocket skates dashed up the ruined spire, the focused humanoid raccoon pursuing the mystery person. He felt brand new, despite utilizing something from his early thieving days. With the tusk necklace vibrating against his chest, he liked to think the ghosts of the past were protecting him in these trying times. Even though it was healthy to resolve these previously hanging demons, he had another lesson to learn: At some point, he would have to move on from it completely. It was nice to have mementos, but sometimes, people would start to depend on them too much. Ultimately, he had to forge a path with his mental strength alone. For now, this character was in their way and he had no choice but to take them down. They had been in these badlands for fourteen days and this was the closest they had come to tracking down their spaceship. A lot was riding on him capturing this bouncing antagonist and he wouldn't disappoint the Guardians, chiefly his six and a half month pregnant girlfriend. Although he was using twenty-year-old footgear, the master
