Chrisse Barlap and the Tripower Enigma - Ayushi Mittal
Chapter 1 – The Homecoming
CHRISSE! COME ON ITS another boring day of school Shouted Chrisse ‘s sister Vera.
Ouch! Stop! Vera! "Shouted Pearl. They laughed a lot high and ran across- The three lovely sisters.
Chrisse, a 11-year-old girl with brown-ish and extremely long straight hair. She had dense black eyes with a hope of determination every time she did something new. Vera, her sister who was of the same age as Chrisse and had short black hair with flicks on her forehead. She had a really cute face with brown eyes and dimples near her lips. Vera was really good at implifying, inventing and imagining. Whereas Pearl had long and wavy hair and generally wore her head band. She had blue eyes and willingness to study. Vera and Chrisse teased her as the book worm
Vera, Chrisse and Pearl were bought up by a kind hearted old women who was short-heighted with freckles on her face named Audria. The 3 sisters always thought that she was her mother but Audria knew the truth, She unfortunately didn’t know about their parents but she knew a huge truth which she feared to say -that is their birth
Their birth was a really strange happening, It was a stormy night with tempestuous wind flowing all away, Suddenly a lightning struck and 3 girls crying came down. Each girl had this mysterious locket, very beautiful and had a shell- a strange shell
There was also this beautiful bracelet with each of them. It was gold with a really strange designing and never came out. When the girls were there it had Chrisse, Vera and Pearl Barlap written on it, As soon as Audria picked them up, the name disappeared When Audria saw them she thought of taking them to her home, She tried removing the locket but failed to do so. The sisters always questioned her and she replied "Dears, This is a locket I got for you when you were born and represents your talent
When the sisters said Mother, we don’t think we belong to school, We don’t feel like all the others, We are different
Audria, the old lady replied You all have not experienced life, don’t worry even I thought so when I was small.
And then whispered Everything is ordinary. I suggest you don’t think about this much and come on now dears, you don’t want to be late for school again
Audria loved the children but hated the fact that she did not know who they were, or who were their parents.
The 3 sisters played so much and love each other. When did they know who they actually were, They were obviously different
One day the sisters were coming back from school when Chrisse said I don’t feel like it , I don’t feel normal- It feels as if I am from any other world.. And to make this new world of mine - I am leaving, heading towards the forest.. Please make some excuses to mother
Pearl shouted "Chrisse! THINK!! THINK ABOUT WHAT ARE YOU DOING! ITS....
Vera interrupted " She is correct- And well I want to come with you Chrisse..
Pearl interrupted back "DO YOU BOTH UNDERSTAND ITS..
Difficult... we know
Chrisse said But Pearl do you remember what she taught us- Success in life is accepting difficulties.
Pearl replied Wont you need your other sister? Or do you want to forget her
She laughed softly with tears in her eyes. It was difficult for all of them, it seemed really tough staying away from parents, forever, and no normal kid would do that, would you?
They wrote a letter to their mother and said about the world they want to explore. Mother was not really happy but when she read that they
