Fortnite Battle Royale is in its 5th season, and with 125 million players worldwide, it’s no surprise that many people are curious about Fortnite Battle Royale. Fortnite Battle Royale’s gameplay is designed to be comical as well as strategic. Fortnite Battle Royale has a massive following, and Epic is gaining a hefty sum of income off this free-to-download and free-to-play game.

So how are they doing it? For one thing, Fortnite Battle Royale has a cultural following. Everyone from middle school to frat houses is playing or live streaming Fortnite. This game is an obsession for millions, and this much obsession has not taken place since the inception of Minecraft.

What makes Fortnite Battle Royale so popular is that it is major fun. However, the thing that makes it truly enjoyable is the personal stories once inside the game. Players get swept up in the storylines and adventures. Each time that bus starts to fly across their screen, headed to the infamous island, about one hundred adventures can unfold. The excitement for what is to come is so palpable that you can feel it in the air.

Imagine walking into a house and then BLAMMO! you get wiped out by someone with a shotgun. It’s like living in a real-life comical battlefield with dips, angles, and surprises at every turn. You never know what is going to take place. You never know if you will last through to the end or if you will die while parachuting in. The excitement is ever mounting. Winning your first Victory Royale is a shot in the dark. After the first initial excitement and amazement, you are going to spend the rest of that week telling everyone you know that you won.

I remember my son’s first Victory Royale. He was so excited he took a picture and shared it with everyone on social media, and that is another positive about Fortnite Battle Royale: not only is the gameplay an experience worth talking about, the wins are shareable all over social media. Everyone is sure to be excited for you when you share your gameplay.

There have been tons of new twitch streams to come out—pro-gamers sharing their stories about Fortnite. They are also sharing their strategies
