    Conclusion

    Introduction

Has the following happened to you? First you made a wish. And then life starts to change in a right way, gives you certain situations and soon your plan come true.

To this question I usually hear the following answers,

No, I usually work very hard to fulfill my wishes, or

Yes, I am lucky and my wishes often come true. But I must wait a long time, and the result is not as good as I expected, or maybe

Sure, my wishes are fulfilled quite easily and in time, I am satisfied with everything.

Why do you think the Universe is not equally kind to everyone? Can people themselves make their wishes come true or is it magic or the power of thought?

Yes, indeed, our thoughts are powerful and have great energy. And words have not only strength, but also power. This is the axiom this book is based on. And I will tell you the story of its origin.

It all started with my LiveJournal blog, as well as my VKontakte page and Instagram account, where I shared with friends and subscribers my thoughts about work, self-knowing and living in harmony with the world. I am a clinical psychologist by profession and I specialize in such a rare field as regressive therapy.

Once a woman wrote a comment on one of my articles,

What is it – to wish?

What do you mean? I asked.

How to wish in a right way?

I was surprised with this question. It seemed strange to me that someone might not understand such a simple thing. I thought about it, and then decided to clarify whether I understood her words correctly. And it turned out that I did. I was asked to teach how to wish, and there were many people who wanted to deal with this issue.

Thus, I created my training The Art of Wishing. It consisted of lectures and short assignments. At that time, I wanted to teach people how to wish, but to do it correctly, without implicating fears and attitudes of other people (friends, parents, grandparents).

The training helped many participants to understand their goals and wishes. The very first result was obtained by a young woman after two initial sessions. She won a bed for her son. She wished and won it!

Then I decided to change my training format. I would like it to allow more people to understand themselves and learn how to formulate wishes and fulfill them.

I decided to write this book. So, said so done! Now you are holding it.

The book is divided into several sections. As well as training, it includes theoretical and practical parts. You will need this book, a piece of paper and a pen to complete the practical tasks. You can also complete tasks on your tablet or in the Notepad application on your phone (as I usually do because it’s very convenient. The phone is always at hand, and when a thought comes to mind, you can immediately write it down).

    After reading this book

You will learn how to understand your wishes and separate them from other people’s whims and your own fears.

You will make a list of working, correctly formulated wishes that suit for you at a given life moment.

You will obtain skills to form your future wishes.

You will stop wasting time and energy on not your or unrealizable wishes, and your life will become easier and happier. True wishes will always come true.

The story about the Ordinary Fox, about our unconscious

A person’s wishes are only 10-20% dependent on thoughts. The rest is done by our unconscious.

Imagine an enemy who harms you at every chance.
