    Skilled surgeon or sadistic butcher?

    It all depends on what the voices in his head tell him.

     

    A woman obsessed with her looks has managed to get an appointment with the most reclusive, yet skilled surgeon in the country. He attends only by reference, and is highly priced.

    Unfortunately, he also has mood swings and has killed one or two patients because he didn't like the way they looked at him, while unconscious.

    Of course, this is all hearsay, but it helps to feed the aura of danger surrounding him. Many want to take a chance ─ like it's some sort of Russian roulette.

    This woman, for instance, wants to make a simple, yet complicated, intervention, so she needs the best. The problem is: her best can also be her last.
