About this ebook

The Deep End - home to the best swimmers, diving boards and the odd soggy plaster. But is it true there's also a tunnel in the Deep End that leads to the sea? There's only one way to find out. And it involves keeping your head down, your bottom up, and not swallowing the pool!

Full of humour and beautifully observed, children will love this wonderfully witty book from debut author-illustrator Rebecca Patterson.

My 2 year old would probably give this 5 stars but it bores me rigid so it has to have 4 instead. She likes looking for the plasters floating in the swimming pool and likes the pages where the kids swim underground as there are lots of other details to look for in the pictures. Mostly she likes it because she also has swimming lessons so all the characters have been replaced by people she knows.
