Meanwhile, challenging systems that provokes acute poverty in people’s existence is like committing suicide. Therefore, resisting against any exploitative system, which suppresses change, would make you vulnerable to physical or emotional abuse.

The road to success was never a straight line for Paul Sky Berry. I have known Paul as a young boy growing up around the ELWA Community in Paynesville, Monrovia. He has been focused on developing his knowledge, honing his skills, and applying a disciplined work ethic in all that he embarks upon. He was just like any other African child, who hoped against all odds that life can be better with perseverance.

I believe each experience through the difficulties surrounding his life made him stronger as he strives for success. My ability to guard and support him while he played soccer in Liberia was one of the things I will never regret doing, because today as he travels the world working and adding values to global strategic change, those opportunities have boosted his ability and confidence to intentionally contribute towards enhancing the lives of people.

I am impressed with Paul’s immense personal growth and professional development. I see that every investment in his life is being extended to the community and the nation. I am very proud that Paul Sky Berry Faith Foundation is providing the chance of education to the less-privileged, because that is the only chance to assist them escape abject poverty, to improve health and enhance opportunities. I stand with Paul to ensure a quality education for the less-fortunate in society.

After writing his books in the USA, he dedicated all earnings from the books sale to support the less privileged get quality education in Africa. After winning the 2018 Humanitarian and Charity Author Award at Africa Writers Forum, Paul returned home and constructed the writers learning center in Liberia, where his team continue to mentor young writers and host inspiring teaching sections.

Lately, as we sat and watched Paul received the Creative Leadership and Humanitarian Author Award in his own home Liberia, it brought tears to my eyes, because normally a leader is not respected or honored in his own home, but watching the hall full of people and the response from the audience, the love they showed, I could see that Paul’s work is making his people proud. My tears dropped, when my imagination went back to his difficult days, thinking about a boy running around playing soccer, hungry and begging for a meal after his games and seeing that same boy travelling the world as an ambassador making impact, writing books and receiving awards got me emotional. As an author and a global motivational leadership speaker, Paul is a life coach who supports others through his mentorship. I believe that the mentorship helps him develop a whole new generation of leaders, he has always invested his global leadership experience, his time, talents gained over nineteen (19) years and his resources into the development of others thus making an impact.

Paul takes his calling to support others very seriously, because he believes it makes the world a better place. His life coaching skills is part of what distinguishes him from others, his ability to guiding and championing the success of those around him has paid off. He knows that it is a gift that benefits both the giver and the receiver. I have never seen a tenacious person; he always sees a path where others see barriers.

Paul being a role model understands that, if you want to be great, walk side by side and hand in hand with great people. Knowing great people and guarding your vision by values will make you a successful person, because when your values are clear to you and your mentor, decisions making becomes easier. As the vice president of the Cuttington University School of Graduate and Professional Studies in Liberia, one of my principles can be summed up in three simple words. Thoughts become reality!

I believe that a person thoughts can become a reality if they envision it positively. I know that a person’s thoughts can open their mind in striving to make their dream a reality. Most of the time I ask people to repeat this over to themselves until it seeps into their consciousness and keeps the awareness, that their thoughts can become a reality they will achieve! Quantum physicists tells us that the entire universe emerged from thoughts! You create your life through your thoughts and the law of attraction. It doesn’t just work if you know about it, it only works if you apply this strategy.

When you become aware of this great law, then you understand how incredibly powerful you are, to be able to THINK your education, your career and your life into existence is one of the keys to great achievement. Only positive thinkers benefit from the law of positive attraction.

My work around the world connected me to many people, some of whom, I have mentored and trained from grade schools to becoming successful leaders. Between the nations where I worked, from the United States to the nations of, Asia, Africa and Latin America, I have been successful in building leaders with confidence both spiritually and professionally. Some of whom, I prepared to launch a successful career after they graduate from the schools I built or the leadership classes I taught. The life skills seminars and my intensive training program taught my students to be good listeners, good communicator and well-rounded leaders.

By connecting the dots on the globe to the places where my students launch careers and land internships, you will see a landscape of lines that shoot across the world. They begin at the Rock and spread to governments, cooperation’s, the United Nations and nonprofits organizations. My time in Liberia, during the dark days when Liberian desperados descended cruelty and greed, Paul Sky Berry was one of the young men that ran from the guns, he came to me seeking education and a place to live, I provided him and other boys a space in the orphanage behind the school building.

These days I am very proud that Paul went through his rough childhood in Liberia during the civil war, his tremendous suffering with my mentorship rescued and inspired him to be the global ambassador he is today. After completing his education at the Rock, Paul previously worked for me in Liberia and later he moved out of Liberia to complete his degree and professional learning programs at the University in Freetown - Sierra Leone, other institutions in Kenya, Uganda, United States of America, United Kingdom, Italy, Croatia, Dubai, Canada, South Africa and Turkey.

Today, I am proud to be reconnected with my son Paul, his Faith Foundation team and all the assistance that we are providing for underprivileged people. I want to write that I was blessed to meet this young man who rose from less-privilege to providing support for schools and medical needs for the people of Liberia in Africa.

Lately I have seen, Paul’s ambition to embrace managerial and leadership skills heightened as well as his love for charity and giving back to society.

His charity foundation is motivated by his life experience and it focuses on sponsoring helpless, street, drug addicted and orphan children or youths.

Recently, his foundation has transformed into a national center and expanded to honor other leaders with great people who are adding values to Africa.

Faith Foundation empowers children and youths by providing quality education, vocational training, sports or athletic training, different youth clubs activities and music programs to save the next generation of Africa. As Paul is devoting his efforts and earnings to support less privilege people. We stand with him.

Watching my younger brother Paul Sky Berry while he grows up and learning how his abilities to think outside the box has provided success in his career is very motivating. Being there with him to see how he endured a lifestyle of difficulty in our ELWA rock hole community in Monrovia Liberia was an honor.

His story is motivated by his life experience. Paul’s ability to resist against fundamentalist movements that particularly target women, children, mostly girls, ethnic and religious minorities has cause him to provide more support to venerable people. I support his work by standing against all the odds and keep resisting against all systems that suppresses human dignity for many years.

Recent record show millions of young people who are going through similar situations in parts of Africa and other places in the world. Their suffering and challenges proved that many places in Africa, people are struggling hard to survive as some corrupt sagacious leaders are discriminating against the masses and amassing wealth for their generations, leaving their nations in acute poverty.

My brother Paul’s, story proves that in this age and time many people need to give change a chance, positive change must be given a value that transforms all old failed system into a new model of progress. Paul has set numerous goals to support his people in Africa, some of which calls for an end to discrimination, violence against women and children, abuse of power and corruption within public offices.

Paul, has envisions a better future and living conditions for his people in Africa, he prays for the ability to shape reality to their aspirations. His strategy targets promoting human dignity while overcoming all the odds. Paul is a man that encourages others to challenge themselves by thinking outside the BOX. Resisting against the failed system will introduce you to new creative ideas and views of our life, it strategies on how to work collectively to subdue systems that has caused its own people to struggle and fight against each other. Exceptionally, it views on how impossible situations can be a dream come true for anyone, your family or your nation, how you could add a major change to your business, relationship or career, it teaches you how to uplift others and add values to their life.

Perhaps there is no greater way to support people who are faced with suppression than to resist the system that suppressed them. Today many places in the world, there has been a rise of extremists and anti-rights groups, including States and Non-state actors. Rising fundamentalisms are linked to geopolitics; systemic inequalities, including economic inequalities; militarism; displacement and other political or social factors. However, there is no justifiable reason.

For your reading comprehension, many-failed systems are using fundamentalisms or arguments based on religion, culture and tradition – most time nationalism, state sovereignty to justify violence and discrimination, with disastrous consequences against human rights, gender, justices and women’s equality. In Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Fundamentalist movements particularly target women and children mostly girls, ethnic and religious minorities. We are to be a group that stand against all the odds and keep resisting against all systems that suppress human dignity. As a humanitarian, a motivational writer and speaker, I will continue to resist all the systems that has failed its own people by better justifications, based on facts that will innovate change to make the world a better place for all human.

I am totally against the violence many systems are carrying on globally. Let us make all of these bad systems unacceptable so that they discontinue their bad practices against the societies, we must not condone or tolerate any form of abuse. It is time to apply new ideas, our life is in full swing, the countdown to a final successful career and happiness is at hand.
