Ancient scholars believed that education is teaching cultivation, and the basic idea is that teachers impart knowledge and skills to students; teaching methods are mainly teachers' lectures and students' memorization; teachers have a very high status and are respected by society. However, with the development of the times, the ideology and teaching methods of traditional education can no longer fully adapt to the development of the times. The task of exploring, researching and innovating education and teaching ideologies and methods has posed before us. It is more and more urgent to find effective educational ideas and teaching methods in line with the times, and to improve the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,itis imperative to innovate educational concepts, teaching methods and communication methods!

It is in this context that the author discovers that traditional educational theories can no longer fully adapt to the development of the times, and traditional teaching methods also need to be innovated and adjusted. Therefore, the author puts forward an educational idea that is different from the traditional educational concept, that is, redefines the roles of teachers, knowledge and students in the field of education . I believe that the roles of teachers, knowledge and students should be salesmen, The relationship between products and customers is no longer the relationship that we have always admired  teacher first, recruiting talents from all over the world  .

Under this educational philosophy, teachers who are salespersons of knowledge products need to connect the knowledge they need to teach with the needs of students, and tell students that the knowledge they want to learn can meet certain needs of their (customers) , including spiritual needs and Material needs can activate students’ inner motivation and desire to learn, and achieve good teaching results. This is also the fundamental method of promotional teaching.

Introduction

What are the traditional educational ideas and teaching methods, and where are the advantages and disadvantages of this educational philosophy?

1. Traditional education and extended education

In ancient Chinese literature, the term education was first seen in Mencius : Full of Heart, Education for the talents of the world. Shuowen Jiezi explains teaching, what is done above and what is done below is effect; nurturing, adopting children to be good, education is the meaning of education and cultivation. Education is the primary means of human cultural dissemination, laying the foundation for the success of Chinese education. Ancient Chinese traditional teaching methods that teachers in the above speaks, students listen to the following students for knowledge is not too much to understand, just rote. But in fact, there are many ways of teaching, and the common ones are mainly as follows.

(1) Teaching method

Lecture method is a way for teachers to impart knowledge to students and develop students’ intelligence through concise and vivid oral language. It is a teaching method that conveys information, imparts knowledge, clarifies concepts, and demonstrates laws and formulas through narration, description, explanation, and inference to guide students to analyze and understand problems.

The advantage of the teaching method is that teachers can easily control the teaching process and help students acquire a large amount of systematic scientific knowledge in a short time. However, if it is not used well, it is difficult for students to exert their initiative and enthusiasm in learning, and it is easy for teachers to instill knowledge in class and students passively listen to classes.

(2) Independent study method

In order to fully expand students’ horizons, cultivate students’ learning habits and autonomous learning ability, and exercise their overall quality, teachers usually leave students with thinking questions or some production questions, allowing students to learn independently through library and network resources to find answers, and Propose measures to solve the problem.

The autonomous learning method is mainly used in the teaching of curriculum expansion content, organizes students to carry out autonomous learning, and finally the teacher reviews the learning results . In this way, teachers can exercise students' ability to raise and solve problems.

(3) Discussion method

The discussion method is a teaching method in which students express their opinions around the central issue of the textbook under the guidance of the teacher in the whole class or in a group, and gain knowledge or consolidate knowledge through discussion or debate activities. The advantage of the discussion method is that students participate in the form of a team, which can cultivate students' cooperative spirit, stimulate students' interest in learning, and improve students' enthusiasm in learning .

(4) Practice
